Appreciation always boost empolyee morale
What do you like best about the product?
its good to connect with your co-mates; timely appreciation helps in going that extra mile when we hesitate. The Ranking system also is sound; although I don't know how it works it still feels good to be on the charts
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel a personal touch to know the mechanism to upgrade your rank would help us to do that and remain active and be top on the charts. Also finding other coworker profiles should also be made easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has outshone the visibility to the higher management and helps us to be active in their eyes which is important for professional exposure. I also find it valuable in times of WFH to Appreciate someone.

It provides a common platform for all the employees within the organization.
Initially thought of it as hassle... But, had a complete satisfaction Xperience

Definitely the vendor list that XoXoday has, is quite exhaustive. We get to choose from a wide range of vendor list & never feel disappointed about lack of choice. Coupons get used like its thin air. No struggle ... one bit !
What do you dislike about the product?
Some partner vendors have policies that are not in good interest of this Coupon program. Whats the point of making store purchase mandatory when the vendor is having only 4 stores in the entire district. So, such vendors shuld be called out & negotiated with, to include online purchase as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thank you so much.. now i dont have to struggle exhausting my coupons within a short duration (Xoxoday provides 1 full year time) & with a very narrow vendor list (XoXoDay is a huge marketplace) & limited choices (XoxoDay has umpteen choice lists that you get tired of scrolling on).
I can buy everything on XoXOday from the comfort of my home without having to juggle traffic.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part I felt was the notifications about the happenings and the events. Everyone is working hard and all deserves some appreciation, hence this platform is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have just started using it and cannot find an area of improvement. After using it for the long run, I will share my comments/suggestions to improve it to the best.

As everyone is tied with a hectic schedule, they don't find time to recognize or appreciate the excellent work done by their colleagues. Xoxoday is helping to solve this.

Empuls platform is easy to use and very helpful in greeting, appreciating and awarding people within our network.
What do you dislike about the product?
Empuls platform group-wise comment section should be improved. In the group, we have to greet individually, even if we want to welcome all by name by name.

Overall it is good for use. But need to be more updated.

I think user privacy is no longer private as all can access to get in touch but yes it is all about handling so I am sure that this will not cause any harm to anyone.

Amazing platform for Recognition and Rewarding
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the emplus is it is a friendly platform and can be used the way we want to use this tool, Also it has a very flexible rewarding system which give us a liberty to customize rewards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few limitations with In house merchandise store. which should be worked upon in such a way that we can upload the quantity and once it reach to end the system should automatically populate it as stock out.

This is a BIG saviour for us to handle rewards and recognition across the company of say 10k+ employees which is a huge population and this platform brings all togeather
