What do you like best about the product?
- Colourful and intuitive user interface to reward and recognise peers.
- User-friendly UI which makes it easy for new users to adapt.
- Good communication platform integration like slack
- Greay reward redemption options for us in India

- Could be pricey for some smaller organisations
- Certain reward redemption takes longer than others.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used this to recognise/reward team members and it has overall helped with improving teams' productivity and seen visible growth in how the team engages to reward peers on the platform as well as overall work.

The forum which it has created to provide a feedback about employee also recognising the peers and forecasting there skils , this has further inspired peers to work more inspiringly.

It is helping us solve employee engagement and recognition in a significant way. It's a great product that helps build teamwork and promotes networking amongst different teams across geos. Besides, it's equally rewarding at the same time and maintains a vast Rewards portfolio to choose from.
