What do you like best about the product?

No point to dislike. I loved so much this app.

It keeps updated with office social activities like parties, competitions and other events and also help me in interacting with my office colleagues outside the office ecospace

The points are calculated in dollar currency only and not any other

The reward catalog has thousands of gift card options and does not charge any processing fee.The products are user-friendly and easy to navigate. They have wide range of options that can be easily redeemed.

There is nothing as such, it was very smooth for me, i did it within 5 minutes of time.

A complete employee engagement application!
What do you like best about the product?
We recently started using empuls, and I like how the points lapse each week, so I have to use those points before they expire. This creates a situation where you are bound to notice and appreciate the small roles your colleagues play in making your life easier. Also, the features where I can borrow/lend the points to anyone who needs it. This is a really great feature that ensures the points are not being wasted.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my complaints with Empuls is that they recently removed the option to convert the points into cash. It used to have an integration with the Paytm wallet, which could be used to cash out the points, but it is not available anymore. Also, the Amazon gift card has been removed. This is a bit annoying as Amazon is one of the most used shopping websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Empuls really helps to build a positive and constructive work environment where each & everyone can contribute through it by simply recognizing and appreciating your co-workers. Of course, fetching bonus gift card value from it feels great! It helps you stay motivated to work hard by incentivizing your efforts and encourages aco-working attitude amongst the teams.

We've used this to recognise/reward team members and it has overall helped with improving teams' productivity and seen visible growth in how the team engages to reward peers on the platform as well as overall work.
