What do you like best about the product?
Great customer support from xoxoday and the sales and support staff are great in what they do.

Amazing variety of gift cards available in many countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Topping up our wallet incurs an additional 3% which has impacted our profitability in using the Plum platform for our gift card business.

Reports are not downloadable in pdf format. CSV format is subject to unauthorised revisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the Plum API for our mobile gift card app

What do you like best about the product?
Xoxoday's vibrant marketplace offers a diverse array of choices, making selection a breeze. Campaign creation and management are impressively seamless, while the customer support team stands out for their swift and effective issue resolution. Integration is effortless, and tracking performance is both intuitive and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
While a small percentage (5–10%) of beneficiaries occasionally encounter issues during redemption, Xoxoday’s customer support team consistently demonstrates efficiency and responsiveness in resolving these concerns promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we incentivized our users and respondents through direct fund transfers via PayPal and other channels, which often led to compliance complexities and operational challenges. With Xoxoday, those hassles have been completely eliminated. The platform offers a streamlined process where, as an administrator, I can delegate campaign management to designated team members. This not only reduces delays caused by hierarchical approval chains but also results in faster execution and happier users.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Empuls provides facility to encourage and appreciate our colleagues serving as a booster for continued growth and development
2. It also helps with custom wish quotes, sharing points as rewards, etc which helps in boosting employees growth
3. The points redeem facility is very smooth and instanteous and partnerships among all major brands, allows us to use the points in whatever category we wish to purchase in
4. Empuls also provides gift cards at discounted rates helping in cheaper purchase of products at all major platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one, once the points redeem failed and but my money got deducted. Automatic refund didn't work and I had to raise through support for refund. Immediately received the amount after raising through support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Empuls allows me to recognize my colleagues work and give rewards. Able to redeem by points at almost all major platforms. Able to get giftcards at discounted rates
