What do you dislike about the product?
few voucher options does not have how to redeem/use (some times with less information need to be update)
so many fast moving voucher/gift card options have been removed from dashboard that is one of the most Pain point at the movement
most of the time customer support response will be very delay espesally when it comes to quesry regards to India Market
some time order (giftcard) delivery wont be done properly, this has to be fix/impliment for smooth opration

Incentivizing to Participants of survey/Panelist who are actively participanting in that will be getting, fulfill their reqirement with in a short span of time, that makes us to be invite them for upcoming surveys

Good rewards program, can be better

Various options available to choose from, vouchers for many brands. Employees can select and redeem these vouchers. This process is easy and excellent way to use your rewards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had opted for Zomato vouchers and I received voucher code but it did not work. I am not able to get any further help from Xoxoday and my money in those vouchers are wasted....

Employee recongition and rewards programme. It's good and we can continue to use it, provided the suggestions and problem resolution mechanism is in place. Employee should receive timely support in their issues.

Nothing i have disliked in Xoxoday Empuls. but i have ordered mug here but i got late.

Same, this is benefiting to reward our coworkers and encourage them
Recognising is no more complex.
What do you like best about the product?
Before to recognise someone, we had to wait for an exact moment, but now it's relatively easy with visibility to a broader audience. Also, there are ample options available to choose gifts from. Also, the periodic reminder to choose a gift is an excellent feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly things are perfect at Xoxoday Empuls. Just one thing I want to add is if we can have an easily reachable tab on the homepage to see a history of all the appreciation received by an individual.

Before in the reward and recognition system, we had very few options to choose from, and it was not a point redemption system; it was like if we had a 2000 rs coupon, then I could only select a single product worth 2000, but now as it is point based I can go for any amount of products. also, there are plenty of options.
