Multiple Product Options backed by Great Customer Support

What do you like best about the product?
1. Varieties of options to choose from, ranging from vouchers, products, services, and whatnot.
2. Backed by great and time-bound Customer Support
3. Quick resolution to an issue
What do you dislike about the product?
1. At present, there is no way to view the history of coupons or point credited by my company. The only thing it shows is the redemption list. It would be great to consider the coupons & points history credited by the company.
2. It would also be great to get a notification (SMS, WhatsApp, email) starting one month before a coupon/points expire.
3. Slightly more extended expiry date as few people like me loves to redeem these points to buy something worth, considering the pandemic situation also people may need little more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it to redeem my points/coupons for different vouchers and used them to purchase gadgets and other stuff. It gives me multiple options to choose from and fulfill my wishes.

What do you like best about the product?
The townhall group is always active and a good way to keep track of all the news that is happening across the company. Also, the option to create out of work groups is a good idea to keep things casual. Bring people with similar hobbies together.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an end user perspective, I have not found any cons yet. Will update if there are any.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The employee intranet has been really helpful in keeping all our employees engaged on a single platform. The reward points are also a good way to motivate your team mates.

What do you like best about the product?
The townhall is a really great idea and helps keep our employees up to date with the latest company updates. I love the option to create groups on the platform. Definitely recommend the product.

Been using this platform for about 6 months now and nothing to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the major benefits we have observed is that Empuls has brought together all our employees in a single place. The instant recognition and the peer-to-peer awards keep our employees motivated.

What do you like best about the product?
I received a beautiful box with 'Live your Now' engraved. It had a Congratulatory certificate and gift voucher that made me feel like an exceptional employee. I can use the coupon as per my preference. Excellent customer service as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have helped to check the balance amount on the card easily instead of waiting till checkout. Balance details on card or somewhere would be much appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very beneficial. Easy to use and variety of vouchers in one place as per user's preference. It helped me to be more productive to achieve targets which in turn increases business performance.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is simple to use and the UI is also great. A great way to instantly recognize the effort of your team members.
The marketplace for redeeming the points have lot of options without switching the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using the platform for some time and I didn't find anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The townhall group has been really active since we started using Empuls. The option to create different groups has been really great for me personally. and it keeps the conversation casual. Overall i would recommend Xoxoday Empuls.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is a great way to show recognition & appreciate my teammates instantly. We have been using Empuls for some time now and it's been an amazing tool to engage employees at our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm yet to find any drawbacks from the tool. It does the job well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of disengaged employees was something that we have always wanted to improve and Empuls has been a great help to us.
Also, the pulse survey is a good option to collect employee feedback anonymously.

I liked the ease of shopping, and the variety of stores.

here in Brazil we don't have access to master card or visa

my gift card was not valid, I was attended to with the greatest attention and they resolved it quickly.
