Great platform to recognize and appreciate team achievement
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, structured flow and an engaging platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Works very well but may be we can add more features like providing vouchers options for redemption from the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very good platform to recognize, engage and appreciate the employees. It gives them visibility across the org and helps motivates the employees. The various interest groups also helps meeting like-minded people through the platform.

Not happy with the reward system. There must be flexibility to select the number of points.

The categories of the awards are really inspiring and thoughtful.

The product catalogs need to be improved. There should be flexibility with points to be given to others. Sometimes we need to disperse the points available to multiple people.

Since it is not used regularly, does take a few minutes to figure out how to use each time.

The platform is quite amazing to be in touch with the peers.

A platform for expressing appreciation is, first and foremost, good quality. We can redeem points and buy things on a secure platform as we can express our views which will lead to improving quality.

Very minimal as of now. By using more time, I can give my feedback.

Appreciating your peer, Juniors, and stakeholders has become very easy. This platform allows you to appreciate and keep the team motivated when you have no time. This tool we also use for networking is essential when working remotely.

Participation in any of your events should be approachable to most of us. Keep up the fantastic work. Empulse is a truly transformative experience and this renew the sense of motivation

Also, I like the suggestion that gets auto-prompted while giving/writing appreciation notes, they are very helpful.

Nothing any particular dislike, but one thing to call out is while using Empuls app thru mobile, it does not save passwords. Every time I need to login using authenticator, not sure if by anyways we can save passwords.
