XOXOday has tons of options for corporate rewards. Instead of a company bonus where you are supposed to pay tax, this can be utilized for expenses via Amazon GC, Target GC, Walmart GC, Visa debit card...

Nothing specific, but notifications for Visa debit card transactions are not consistent. This coul dbe issue from Visa itself
