Xoxoday a company with customer first approach and Intuitive website !
What do you like best about the product?
Best part is that their website is very intuitive, with tonnes of deals and offers. I particularly like their experience category which offers lots of adventurous and romantic experiences. My wife liked it very much and we are looking forward to try out some of the experiences offered at our location by Xoxoday. Another crucial fact is they are customer friendly and always there to help. I personally had some payment issues during one of my interactions with Xoxoday but it was handled very politely and efficiently by their courteous customer care staff..... Kudos guys and keep up the good work. Looking forward to explore wonderful things around us with your services !

Its a part of recognition to our employee. Best benefit is that your services are easy to use and appreciated by the entire team.

The ease of awarding any one and everyone in the Company, with simply i guess 4 clicks. Name types (Not included ) :P

Dislike.. Hmm.. None i think, The older version would have been in the category but the newer version rocks.. No dislikes at all

10k + employees, Its difficult to engage everyone and distribute rewards for there contribution to company, With this platform everyone gets to know as well and for the employee who got rewarded can have exclusve vouchers from the Kitty you have..Rewarding Employees is one of the key to motivate employees., Its easy to award them from this platform

Pricing can be reduced, this is only one thing, if it is done then I can like it much more.

My experience is very good, they have wide variety of options to explore and all are very good options we can go with anyone with our choice.

Delivery of vouchers some times take time. And this time always varies and not stable. Some time it is received very fast and some time it takes time.

With Empuls, I get a variety of options to explore. Like before Xoxo Empuls I was restricted to only one option to choose. But this is an amazing Empuls, which allow user to choose the options available.

Vouchers are sent late sometime.. if this is resolved everything will be good.

It's an amazing online platform where you can appricate the employees and where one can utilize the rewards from the organization with so many redeems options both online as well as offline. It's easy to use the app.

The user interface has areas which can be improved. The reedem option on the app redirects to a web page which can be worked on and can be inculacated in the app itself.

I can reedeam organisational rewards points for mutliple options. I can create organizational groups and appreciate my colleagues as per their achievements within the organization. Also I can give with rewards too for the performance in the organisation. I can greet and wish people associated with me according to the occasions like birthday and festivals. Also I can moniter my ranking according to my performance on leaderboard.
