Keeper password manager is excellent for our password management needs
What do you like best about the product?
Key sharing, 2fa integrations and the multi device applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
If a group is deprovisioned via SCIM it can be tricky to re-assign the sharing permissions.

Keeper Password Manager excels in providing top-notch security features, including robust encryption and biometric login options. What do you dislike about the product?
The permissions interface could use an update. Managing permissions for shared passwords and files can be cumbersome and unintuitive. A more streamlined and user-friendly design would improve the overall experience.

Prevents passwords being kept in plain text

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to integrate all your passkeys and authenticator codes to the password manager has been the most useful, especially when having to share some accounts across the organisation
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much not to like. It would be great if Keeper could be a push notification when employees are requesting access with a new device. We don't seem to get any alarms for requests which I think is the only improvement I can think of so far.

organisation wide password manager. we manage and maintain several customer portals and often require shared accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
The administrative controls are fantastic, allowing us to configure granular profiles for users dependent on a variety of factors
What do you dislike about the product?
User education has a been the toughest one - though admittedly this isn't strictly a Keeper problem. Focusing efforts on the user-experience and the lowest common denominators would always be welcome though.

What do you like best about the product?
The admin console and user experience on the user console is one of the best I've seen. The mobile application also keeps things simple with great integration with iOS password manager. The ease of setting users up in our environment is super simple with SSO.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing has come up in the last 9 months of using the solution.

Easy to use password manager for end-users
Keeper Password Manager... The Lifelock of Password Protection
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is easy to log into, and Keeper autofills your member ID and password for those forgetful times. It is quick and easy to learn navigation through this password protector.
What do you dislike about the product?
When updating the password, it would be nice to see the old password details be replaced automatically when entering the new insurance info
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far it's working faster than the previous application we were using.

It's so easy to use, the ability to keep all our shared passwords for the team is a lifesaver!

Learning which features work best takes a bit of time, but once you get the settings right, it is great!

Very easy to use and does the job with the mass amount of features that comes with the product, the integration with other software makes it simple.
Any issues I have raised with the support, I have been responded to quickly and issues have been resolved on first response, when implementing Keeper they made sure I was setup all the way through.
I am using Keeper everyday and I don't know what I would do without it!

Helping with the security as not using a product that has suffered issues.

I love Keeper's strong security, seamless syncing across devices, and convenient features like password sharing and secure storage.

The 2fa option in web browser is difficult and hard to use
