Very convenient to use
What do you like best about the product?
It enables very secure passwords helping users from having to remember or know all of them across multiple websites. It's easy to log in and create and track passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into too many issues as it's easy to use and effective!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too many passwords across multiple domains and this helps me from forgetting or mis-entering passwords for the plethora of sites.
Tried many different password managers, but this one works the best and gives features others didnt
What do you like best about the product?
We needed a place that we could securely store passwords in the cloud for our business. One thing we needed was a place we could also share passwords with certain people, groups, etc. We use this with departments and use Azure groups to control this. After initially sharing, we are able to allow each department to get into sites without sharing each time or unsecurely giving them to them. Keeping the password manager off the local drives is an added bonus. I, as well as pretty much everyone int he company use this daily. The few times I needed support, received quick solutions as well as quarterly check ups from our manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took some getting used to to control the browser add ins. It would pop up each time you entered a password trying to store it, etc. We had to tweak those settings at the admin side. Now all that works well, but the initial configuration takes a little longer than others (because there are so many options).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our employees used to store passwords with a free local password manager. It worked ok, but if the computer crashed or something else similar, they would lose those. They also were not able to access those on multiple devices from anywhere. The real reason we chose keeper over other though was the ability to create shared "vaults". The administrator would make one for a department and share it to an AD group. Anyone who should have access to those passwords would be put into that group. This worked great as before employees would either not share passwords others needed or they would share them in a way that was not secure. This gives everyone real time access to passwords they should see. I could not find another solution that allowed me to do this in this way.
Keeper is the best vaule and features
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper can easily be set-up in any organization. They support SAML and AD groups for access. Easy to use for sharing passwords in a vault. Keeper is used with no training throughout our orgization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The consistant approval of Admins or team leads to approve sign ins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get the orgizations off of free to used tools and corporate controlled tool.
Great password manager ! Certainly an upgrade
What do you like best about the product?
It was so east to implement and start using. Barely had to look at any guides or training material and it works just perfectly. The integration with our systems seems to be flawless!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any current issues with Keeper Password manager at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps manage my passwords secureily.
Keeper: Before you buy
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper has been one of the top password managers that we have ever used in our org. The granular reporting, the ease of access, and the ability to delegate permissions to individual users goes a long way. We use Keeper daily, and always find that the autofill works perfectly. Keeper was up and running in our environment within a day!!The customer team at Keeper ALWAYS sets you up for success, and make themselves available in the event of you needing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you transfer to Keeper from another password keeper, the transition can get messy quick if you do not vocalize clear instructions to your users. It is very easy to end up with duplicate files that you must then manually delete out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper allows for us to ensure our employees are safely and securely tracking their logons. With Keeper's strong password creation feature, it allows for users to have extremely complex passwords and not worry about forgetting them! The only passwords our users have to remember is their logon.
One password to rule them all
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage groups makes secure sharing within departments a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to be able to reset a user's password if they forget it. Currently, the user needs to attempt this themselves but invariably they will have misplaced their recovery phrase. As a workaround, I transfer their vault, delete them, recreate them and transfer their vault back to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure one-time sharing of passwords to people without Keeper is easy.
Sharing certain credentials within departments in a secure way beets the traditional Excel doc on a network share that you'll find in many companies.
Password generation and TOTP made easy.
I am using GPO to ensure that Keeper is used instead of browser-based password management. When a user leaves the company, their vault is then easily frozen and transferred if necessary.

Easy, intuitive password assistant for Enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper makes it easy to keep track of passwords and share access for diverse business accounts. We routinely (almost daily) use:
- Saving of passwords, eliminating need to remember multiple passwords
- Auto population of passwords for one-click log in
- Sharing of password access, enabling us to scale the impact of our executives while avoiding sharing of personal password combinations
- SSO - seamless and easy sign on
- Password folders for organized/logical back end management
Our business recently switched from LastPass, and our company has been happy with our choice; it was a seamless transition. Keeper integrates easily into workflows; their widget works so well that I've only ever had to log into the UI a few times to organize password folders, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints - I don't even notice it's there unless I need it, in which case I can easily log in and access it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large volume of business systems, and have to have a username and password for each - Keeper enables us to store these in a secure way, access them easily, and share access as relevant without revealing the foundation password (eliminates manual work, human error, and risk).
Keeper - Ultimate Password Manager and time saver
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is a great password manager, the autofill save us time and memorizing hundres of passwords. It's very convient to use between computers and phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you forget your Master Password and password recovery is not set up correctly for the account you are out of luck and will need to create a new account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper helps us meet security compliance so we can disable password saving in browsers.
You don't have to remember N^X passwords
What do you like best about the product?
Don't have to remember passwords, can be customized to meet my security standards, Remembers MFA, can transfer ownership if an employee leaves the company. Easy to use and maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is paid, but as an enterprise tool this is expected and it is well supported so it is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HAving passwords written all around and on the network within shares or files.
Simple to use password platform with lot of features
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is a very easy to use password manager. I have found that the set up and implementation when using either Active Directory or Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) was fairly straightforward and made things very simple to manage with providing various users with the access they needed automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
While easy to use and I appreciate the security being the focus, requiring browser approval and use of services like Keeper Automator is somewhat painful, not to mention the added costs to host those applications internally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper has made it simple to share passwords accross multiple teams in different departments. Users have found the tool to be easy to use and easy share critical, sensitive information with others.
