What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features about Keeper Password Manager is the built in two-factor auto generator code. This saves me time from having to pull out my phone with a third party authentication app. Their auto password generator is also fun and easy to use. Implementation was a fast and my team loves the app. We were able to integrate all our credentials from our former manager seemlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One dislike I have of the app is languaged used for sharing credencials. I've had users be let go and needed to retain their credentials. Without being the owner, I had to manually recreate each record in order to change the passwords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper is storing all my company credentials in one secure place. This helps when I'm on the go, via mobile app, or when using it on desktop.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that the password manager works very well and overall I have a good experience of this product. It allows for easy enterprise management, gives users the ability to safely and conveniently store and recall passwords, and will also store passkeys which is HUGE as more sites across the internet adopt these for authentiation. The customer support team is very helpful and responnsive and the documentation is very rich and deep.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some fuzzy logical bits like passwords showing up as weak in a user vault and strong in the enterprise security audit, or vice versa. There are a few other issues with reporting and information that can cause some uneccessary leg work to follow up on issues that do not exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were users who were reusing passwords across many or all of their accounts. This allows us to monitor and regulate this. It also gives an ecrypted password vault to securely protect credentials to prevent credential theft.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which I can create new accounts, create passwords and links and go.

Powerful Password Manager for All Users

  • April 29, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Keeper has been very helpful with my password management needs, especially when it comes to creating more secure passwords. I also love the ability to change passwords quickly and on the fly, use auto-fill for passwords and 2fa, and the ability to have a personal account as part of the business plan is extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have come across is auto-fill does not always fill, but it appears to be an issue that only impacts certain sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper is solving users reusing the same password for all of their accounts, enabling them to use security best practices.

Robust feature set, easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
New features that have been rolled out have continued to be helpful and the documentation remains exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is still a challenge, but has become easier to manage with recent Keeper releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way for multiple users to have access to the same credentials, without them having access to the details, or be able to modify them. By having this, it solved the issue of having to update credentials when offboarding.

Great Software! (With improvement suggestions)

  • April 29, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is excellent at managing company passwords securely, generating strong passwords, and sharing passwords among common users. The admin portal is very helpful as well, giving many options for access control, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features that are missing include automatically adding Keeper Desktop to the startup apps in Windows, not allowing shared folders within shared folders, and effective customization of generated passwords (to accommodate special character requirements, etc.). Though Keeper has records for names, addresses, and payments, Keeper Fill does a very poor job at filling these into the various form fields across websites. Web browsers do this easily (though less securely), so I hope that Keeper can set up their game in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insecurly stored passwords and repreat password are two things that Keeper helps prevent.

Excellent Solid Password Manager

  • April 29, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Keeper was easy to deply and altough it is still a shift for those who have not used a password manager, It is starting to take hold in the corporate structure. Passwords are getting more secure and BreachWatch is providing insight on how secure passwords really are.

Integrating it with Azure Entra ID has been excellent as well as far as continue account managment
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't follow the concept of separated vaults. It uses shared folders inside 1 vault. This seems to make passwords slightly less portable but really its just a mindset shift
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our corporate employees have so many Cloud application accounts and a ton of passwords. Password reuse is rampant and very few of them have to change their passords. Many of the passwords were compromised in data breaches. This is helping to curve insecure password sharing and password reuse, creating a separation of our systems.
