For password managers this one makes it easy to use in an organization
What do you like best about the product?
That we can easily move and sort our entries on the desktop and have it reflected on our mobile devices and that you can use devices like the apple watch to authenticate with 2FA. The implmentation with the team was very easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
When 2FA fails it takes time for it to crash so you can enter the new code into the system for it to work again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of multiple passwords for different servers as we are making users use different passwords for security purposes. Easily share the password with others in a unit even when people are away.
Great product.
What do you like best about the product?
Can't compare because I haven't used any other enterprise password manager before now, but what I like the most is ability for the plugin to recognize password expiry screen and enable changing your password by simply clicking the old and new password fields. Handy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Great all round, however I think automatically clearing the password from the clipboard after a few seconds would be a good security feature to add

Managing sharing passwords across teams is made easy by keeper.
All your passwords at one secure place with zero knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper employs a zero-knowledge security model, meaning that the company has no access to user data. Only users have access to their stored information.
It also supports biometric authentication, such as fingerprint and face recognition, for added security.

What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to access passwords offline might be limited in some scenarios.

Keeper allows me to securely store and share sensitive files along with passwords without revealing sensitive information. It is also available on various platforms, including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and browser extensions for major browsers.
Never losing another password again!!!
What do you like best about the product?
It has made keeping track of my various accounts for enterprise services incredibly easy! Prior to using keeper, we struggled with password management, but now with the ease of using the web extension, I don't have to spend ages fiddling through different text files trying to find the correct account and hoping it's up to date, I can simply tape the extension and autofill the correct information. We have mandated it on our entire IT staff as a way to keep everyone's accounts in sync, and it was a breeze to set up and push the extension to everyone using group policy. This is something our department now utilizes daily and it has definitely sped up our workflow, and allowed us to not lose access to any more accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately the web extension does mess with tabbing between fields on some web parts, but I have all the added features well worth the trade off!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had issues with password management, and relying on individuals to correctly update a password and make sure it is saved in the correct location, but with a centralized and web based platform like keeper, we do not have to worry about the previous tedium of doing this and now have everything all in one place with an easy to use extension to assist us.
Solid password manager - Does everything we needed
What do you like best about the product?
Easy password creation and saving. Admin console is simple and straightforward. Sharing is very easy between users and groups. Support has been helpful whenever we called.
What do you dislike about the product?
Autofill window sometimes appears in inconvienient places, user setup and sync was a bit cumbersome.

Keeper allows us to easily share passwords for websites and soscial medai accounts between users without knowing the password and tracks if a password has been changed.
Some bumps but secure and works for enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
With the new update, Keeper is better looking and easier to use. The 5 licenses available to our employees' family members were a bonus. Supporting a company over 400 users, we were looking for granular control, and generally Keeper allows users to manage their passwords without too much concern. Keeper checks many of our boxes.
Because of this, more and more users in our company are integrating Keeper into their daily use.

What do you dislike about the product?
There was a slight challenge to integrate Keeper into our stack: Since our Active Directory is still internal, the autoapproving of devices requires setting up a Windows server running Keeper Automator and Keeper Commander on our internal network. This was a bit of a pain, but support assisted.
I would like to see more granular autofill and URL filtering. The default settings are a bit aggressive (the average user is overwhelmed by the prompting; auto submit sometimes breaks for certain websites). I feel 1Password's GUI is still king for friendliness, but Keeper is one of the top in class for security and enterprise.

Keeper is secure, easy to use and easy to explain.
What do you like best about the product?
It can hold all types of sensitive information from IDs to credit cards it's more than just a password manager!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge fan of the desktop application- it gives some of our employees issues but the website works just fine. I also think the google extension could use some

Keeper Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is a very intuitive and user friendly solution. We are slowly deploying the solution out to our end users in our organization . I have been using the platform for about a month now both for personal and business use. I particularly like the Keeper fill feature which makes it so much easier to create, save, and utilize secure and complex passwords. The admin console is also easy to navigate which has been helpful. Another helpful feature are the training videos from Keeper. They are short, informative,to the point and will be a great for sending out to end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into any issues so far although one thing that is a little frustrating is that I need to log out of my personal vault in order to access my business vault. It would be nice if there was a way to have both open at the same time for ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper Password Manager will definitely reduce the risk of sharing passwords via email, Teams messaging, sticky notes, etc. It is a highly secure platform and the Breachwatch dark web monitoring tool is another added security layer that scans employee's vaults for passwords that have been exposed on the dark web and immediately alerts you to take action and protect your organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't have Payment card injection, which has now been added
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lack of password Management from Edge, means we needed a third party tool to fill the gap from Single SignOn.
Keeper provides a great management interface and user interface for this.
Keeper provides a great management interface and user interface for this.
Keeper is extensive, protective and extremely easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Keeper Password Manager is the ease of use and the constant reminders of saving new passwords. It also has a great feature that tells you how many weak passwords you have in your organization. It was a ver y easy and simple implementation, we were able to roll it out to our entire company in a few short weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part of Keeper is the support. While we have not had to reach out often, it seems the times that we do, the support staff did not have an extensive amount of knowledge on the system, and we needed to figure out how to fix the issue on our own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had an internal sheet that held all of our passwords. We would manually have to back that up each month in the event the internal sheet was lost, deleted or someone actually changed all the passwords that were saved. Keeper allowed us to have that sheet saved on a secure external system without a need for us to manually back it up. Keeper has a great history track of passwords that we can follow and look back on in the event of an issue with the current saved password.
