The Password Manager we all need
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper offers an impressive range of features, making it suitable for managing sensitive information across various teams and roles. The app’s user interface is well-designed, ensuring ease of use for both beginners and experienced users. Keeper provides secure password-sharing options, allowing authorized users to access credentials when needed. In case of emergencies, Keeper allows designated individuals to access critical information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeper’s pricing may be a drawback for some users. It lacks a free option, and the cost might be higher compared to other alternatives. Users cannot create custom fields within Keeper, limiting flexibility for specific data types. The importing process was less intuitive. When trying to import Keeper informed us we needed another tool and when trying to input the Keeper Code, the window would go away. It must be explained you need the Native version installed before using the browser plug-in. This will allow for password imports to work properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to use many complicated password in our enviroment for several 3rd party applications. Keeper allows us to access these 3rd party app in a timely manner.
Secure, Yet Simple!
What do you like best about the product?
As an IT Team, we have improved visibility into our passwords. We can easiy share passwords for critical systems in moments while maintaining security. No more password lists or spreadsheets with private data. We are able to upload run books, system configurations, important documents, and central passwords into one platform. Plus, when an team member moves on to a new role or position, we can transfer the access and accounts they have to another team member to keep systems operating without waisting time to track down system information. The system was easy to implement, easy to integrate into our daily responsiblities, customer support has been fantastic in addressing our questions, and our team uses the product daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue is more of a user issue. Some team members need to be encouraged to update their passwords as part of their responsiblities. I do not see that a flaw to the system. One short coming, but is done by design is MFA methods. I wish I could have multiple MFA methods setup on my account: being able to setup a combination of Apple Watch, Microsft MFA, or yubikey MFA types would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating secure passwords, storing them in an easy to manage/share platform, monitoring darkweb for password/account leaks, and securing our admin level accounts onprem and in the cloud.
Amazing

We find Keeper to be extremely useful in utilizing more secure and varied passwords. We use keeper daily and find it to be incredibly easy to integrate new employees with very little need for customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found downsides of Keeper Security and have been impressed continually

Keeper keeps our passwords safe without breach
Awesome application to have two-factor codes all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper lets you easily capture your two factor codes and store them all in one place. Often when you store two-factor codes in your phone you will run into issues where you get locked out of your account if you lose access to your phone and this can be a pain to have to do. Keeper also auto fills the codes which means you don't have to be racing against a timer to enter them manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I find keeper to not have any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves keeping employee passwords secure. It also facillitates sharing them securely. It also allows for 2-factor codes to be kept centrallized.
Useful in and out of the workplace
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper manager has helped streamline my login process and speeds up my procurement process instead of memorizing and typing out long complicated passwords in order to align with IT security needs. With our business account, we have the ability to have a personal account that brings extra security to my accounts outside of the workplace. Couldn't ask for better intuitive program.
What do you dislike about the product?
On Android, it is more difficult which time I would like it to autofill versus not. Also since I cannot copy passwords (understand completely), I'm forced to have it autofill and auto submit on everything which adds a click since it is usually wrong or I didn't use it on a particular site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper is helping meet IT security needs by implementing complex passwords to prevent hacking. Studies show complex passwords take over 1000+ years to hack.
Easy setup and User Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how straightforward it is to set up policies and permissions for groups and people. Also, I prefer utilizing the Android and iOS apps because they are so simple and convenient. I've been using Keeper for over three years and it has never failed me; it is really dependable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a feature that I don't like. I've been using Keeper for over three years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on saving all credentials for our platforms; additionally, when we provide passwords to users, we always utilize a keeper link.
I love to use Keeper because it actually feels safe. The tool is powerful.
What do you like best about the product?
The autofill is the most helpful. When I get to work for the day, password management is seamless. One of the items that I think makes it unique is the fact that it forces you to put in your Authenticator code with MFA before the password. My history with other vendors was not as solid. Keeper is one of the apps that I have open all of the time being a SysAdmin. The Search function is key too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems that websites get confused if I have a similar login for sub-sites. Also sometimes the autofill icon is in front of the selection that needs to be made on the website to verify before hitting enter. I have to manually turn it off when I am logging in to some sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we moved away from our MSP. My access to a password vault went with them. I needed something now and Keeper delivered a perfect Business Model starting us down the road of zero trust.
Keeper has kept my passwords safe and I don’t need to remember any!
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper Password Manager is its strong focus on security without making things overly complicated. It uses zero-knowledge encryption, which means even Keeper can’t see your passwords. Everything is protected with AES-256 encryption, and it supports multi-factor authentication, including biometrics. The interface is clean, and it’s easy to store and share passwords securely with others if needed. It just works without getting in your way, which is exactly what I want in a password manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional syncing issues between devices, which can be a bit frustrating when trying to access passwords on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper solves the problem of remembering and managing tons of passwords. I don’t have to write them down, reuse weak ones, or worry about forgetting them. It saves everything securely in one place and fills in login info for me, which saves time and reduces stress. It also helps me spot weak or reused passwords so I can fix them. Overall, it makes staying secure online way easier.
Keeper
