What do you like best about the product?
As an administrator, Keeper was an easy choice because of its robust product and its incredible customer service team. Deployment was a breeze, their help articles helped streamline onboarding, and their UX design is impressive. As a user, I could not be happier with my experience. From custom record types to its clean search feature to secure password sharing, and everything in between, I would recommend Keeper to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin it has been frustrating not being able to assign people to "Teams" before they enroll. Having to remember to go back and add them after (or sometimes forgetting entirely) has been a challenge. Sometimes the "sharing" settings on shared folders can be unintuitive and I have come across situations where people have read/write permissions but could only read. This could be user error, but it has been sometimes difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are a remote company, cybersecurity is at the forefront of our business, and we needed a reliable and secure system that was easy for all employee types to use in order to securely create, store, and share passwords.
Interesting for security automation

I think the initial dashboard when logging into the app looks somewhat unorganized and could use some clean up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not constantly resetting passwords anymore.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When migrating from another solution the data doesn't always transfer correctly so just be aware of that. We weren't able to get much tech support on this issue.
Good platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Suitable for both business as well for private use
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team access to some resources.
Top of the class password manager with minor areas of improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is easy to install and deploy, even in larger organizations (through SAML and SSO). It has a clear structure and offers a great UX through its browser plugins. Apart from storing passwords, Keeper's Vault offers additional functionalities that increase an organization's level of cybersecurity.
What do you dislike about the product?
In its mission to force users to use Keeper, it is sometimes annoying that one can't easily exclude some domains/websites from Keeper's prompts. If for some reason you don't want to store a password for a specific website in Keeper, it will push you hard to do so or to disable the prompts at all.
Also sometimes the sync between Keeper across multiple devices works with a delay, i.e. you may save a password through the browser plugin but it's not immediately available on your Keeper mobile app.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is a very intuitive platform. There have been a handful of times where the auto-login failed, but I have always been able to fix it.

I don't ever use the off-line app, because it gave me a few problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just use it for the tech side of our company to keep track of security tokens and strong passwords for the many systems that we interact with.
