Powerful tool, somewhat user friendly, the browser extension needs a lot of improvements
What do you like best about the product?
KeeperSecurity Password Manager integrates well with Azure AD for the user database. The password generator is very useful, and the "helper" that assists you in changing passwords is a great tool. I like the ability to share individual folders with other users, and creating new records is super simple. The Android App is phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part about KeeperSecurity Password Manager is the browser extension. There are so many missing features when compared to the vault experience (can't add additional URLs for a login, can't add custom fields, can't manage 2-factor codes, can't change the record type, can't add files or photos... Also, the browser extension "auto-fills" some forms when you don't want it to. You have to disable auto-fill because sometimes it will update a field in a form with info you don't want, and you don't even realize it did it. Also, searching for a record inside the browser extension remembers that search criterion until you close your browser. So, if you go to another site to log in and click the browser extension, instead of seeing the login accounts for the site you're on, you still see the records associated with your last search. Even on a new tab! Extremely frustrating feature. Finally, I'd love to be able to right-click a field and have KeeperSecurity Password Manager copy the field's type and name to fill custom field values. Sometimes more than a username and password are needed when logging in (such as an account number). Other password manager extensions have this feature, making adding custom fields easy without inspecting the page element and manually determining the field's type and name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having shared passwords for our IT team, separate from other departments, and even higher level credentials shared between higher level associates is a handy capability. When a user leaves, it's straightforward to use the tools to change passwords wherever we feel there is a need. No more Excel files with passwords. Access to passwords from any device while still feeling super secure.
Amazing fills all of our needs!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is and how easy it is to deploy to all of my users both in the office and outside.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much one thing would be able to get to the admin portal from your vault but it is just an added step.

Centralized passwords and password scanning is a huge plus.
Excellent foundation – just a few steps from perfection!
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper Password Manager offers an outstanding user interface—clean, intuitive, and highly customizable. It's incredibly easy to navigate, even for first-time users. I appreciate the wide variety of record types available, from basic logins to advanced formats like SSH keys, credit card entries, software licenses, and databases. This flexibility makes it a comprehensive solution for both individual and enterprise needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major downsides, but if I had to point out something, the admin panel could use some improvement—it feels slightly clunky compared to the rest of the interface. Still, it’s a minor issue in an otherwise excellent platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before adopting Keeper Password Manager, our biggest challenge was securely sharing passwords within teams. It was difficult to manage access without compromising security or creating confusion. Keeper has completely resolved this issue by providing a centralized, secure platform for storing and sharing credentials. Now, team members can access the information they need without exposing sensitive data, significantly improving both our workflow and security posture.
Effective, Easy, Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The support team - they're always there to answer questions. I love how easy Keeper is to use and keep updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve. Getting our folks on board was tough. But once we walked everyone through activating and using their Keeper memberships, they had stars in their eyes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure, one stop shop for all our company logins, and ease of sharing access across individual teams, and other teams. It's such a time saver - worth every penny in the time our employees get back on asking for login information, or checking a spreadsheet for a (likely outdated) password.
Seamless and easy to use. Implementation was informative and the reps are always knowledgable.
What do you like best about the product?
Users are excited to have the personal licenses with our subscription and we are able to more closely monitor password sharing and security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features like the approval pushes being automated are not easily solved unelss we host something.

password sharing, complexity, and dark web research on breaches
Terrific Password Management Solution for Enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is very simple to use and maintain. We've started deploying to various groups within the firm as we identify needs and have found that it has improved efficiency and driven significant improvements in security. Customer support has also been helpful when we've had configuration issues and with onboarding our first groups of staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeper utilizes a zero-knowledge model which is great for security architecture purposes, but not great for control over sharing and DLP. This is because as a centralized security team, we don't have as much control over what people create and share as we'd like in certain cases. We've architected around that, but is something to be aware of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper is improving our enterprise password hygiene, removing opportunities for credential leakage via unsecured means of storage, and improving security awareness for our staff by ensuring they remain vigilant when going about their daily business.
Keeper has been easy to use and has great security features.
What do you like best about the product?
Good support for Windows, Mac and phones. Good browser plugins and standalone computer app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, sometimes I have to log out of keeper and log back in to get it to work again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our passwords secure and sharing them securely.
Using Keeper as the company wide password manager

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the extensions had issues logging in with the SSO option, requiring a user to uninstall and reinstall the app.
Currently there are limited options for administrators to modify records created by other users, but this is coming.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to be able to share logins between a dispersed remote team in a secure way. Keeper allowed us to do this while controlling shared access and auditing who accessed individual records.
Great, comprehensive tool!!
What do you like best about the product?
Allows us to maintain all of our organizational credentials in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have not been any downsides other than the work of populating the database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has allowed us to create one database with varying levels of access.
A strong focus on enterprise features, quick and responsive support
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper has many enterprise features that work well out of the box. It integrates easily with our preferred Identity Provider, and was very quick to implement. I love the technical documentation and the quick update cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser extension could use some work still. Auto Fill and Auto Submit frequently fill the incorrect information into the wrong fields (and submits them), so much so that I disabled Auto Submit for our entire organization. This is the single biggest thing Keeper could improve to make our experience much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a lot of employees using personal password managers for business credentials, which is a huge risk. We wanted a password manager that had a focus on enterprise-grade features, something we could roll out to everyone and force them to use. BreachWatch has been a really nice addition, to see how many employees are re-using passwords (or using breached passwords).
