Never was to easy to be safer

Now, my users cant forget their passwords, and its saving a lot of time for the It Support team

How easy it is to use the safe.
We enjoy the platform in our company (Best Shipping), and often new employees join our team, our IT department helps them in handling and it is always very practical and easy to explain and insert the new email in the Admin Console.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's nothing to quote today on Keeper that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper helps us with the most critical issue and policy, which we pay more attention to than all others, security.
With it we manage to keep our accesses to our data, more and less important.

What do you like best about the product?
Protection first, the convenience of sharing a password with someone without that person knowing the actual password. It is widely used for complete security reasons.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing bad to mention so far. Easy installation, import, verification, user approval. It is a very comprehensive security tool and easily accessible to users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot to save passwords, many times users would forget their passwords, and with Keeper, this greatly resolved the issues of forgetting and renewing passwords.

We are able to keep and share passwords among our team, and update and change passwords easily and efficiently.

Would like to see a 2 or 3 year renewal option for a discounted price.

It is great to have one place to keep all of our passwords. When we have to replace an employee, you don't have to change every password. It has simplified all of our processes!

There are no downsides that I have experienced.

Keeper provides a single app for managing client sensitive documents, certificates, usernames, and passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue has been managing items created by other users as an admin. I should have the ability to edit all shared items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest one is client certificates that are used by multiple people.
It is the most cost-effective password management solution for enterprise use.

Integrated 2 factor authentication key generator!, Azure AD SSO, Home use rights so our users can have their own private password vault.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the concepts are difficult for my users to understand. We end up with shared folders that I can't see to help with sharing issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With KeeperFill, we are able to create very complex passwords that our users don't have to remember and are never exposed to. I can change these passwords as needed and there are no complaints.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the program and also like that it delivers on all its promises. The lag between edits is virtually non-existent - when a staff member tells me they need a password - I update it to give them access and just like that it appears on the staff members search. If you looked away and looked back - you may think you overlooked it the first time. But no - Keeper is that fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of categories of information that can be stored within keeper. I wish the widget searched all those categories, I believe it only searches password records. However this is an issue only about 5% of the time. I had to think long and hard - overall the program is the best investment I have made in my company in a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our passwords are now extremely secure, I love that no one in the company knows what the passwords are yet they can access all the websites they need to work. Before Keeper we would routinely ask for passwords or would have trouble accessing websites when passwords changed. All of these issues gone.
We switched from LastPass to Keeper and are glad we did!

It's easy to role out and easy to manage policies and user settings with the remote login portal!
What do you dislike about the product?
With specific sites, there are some time issues with the fields, but that is not Keeper's fault; it is more the backend technology of the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our user's passwords part of the corporate IP has always been a challenge, Keeper helps us keep control of our corporate access to our portals and accounts.
