Great Password Storage and Retrieval
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the app integrates with the other apps I use, my browser interactions, and anywhere I could need a username and password online. I also store valuable life information - SSN, policy numbers, vehicle details, etc - and having that at my fingertips on my phone or at a computer is infinitely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real dislike I have is that sometimes it's hard or not possible to get an app to key up to Keeper sign-in so I have to manually launch the app and copy/paste between them. That's still not a bad experience though, just slightly less convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my MANY sites and logins are forever stored, along with vital account entries for family members. I also store everything from physical life in there that could be needed at any given time - such as if my wallet is lost, I need to order parts for my wife's car, or even if I forget the door lock code for my truck.

I currently do not have any issues with the product, it’s use or the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to maintain an array of passwords the the many sites and services I use without reusing them too often.

Keeper Password manager has been improving over the years to add more convenience and functionality
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use when categorizing and creating New Records. I also enjoy the integration with Google Chrome. I also love the security audit feature. It allows me to hone in on duplicate passwords and further secure my account with changing my accounts to unique passwords. The password change feature is also pretty nice, although it can be buggy sometimes. I realize it would be nearly impossible for this feature to work 100% of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how pushy the Chrome extension is. I wish that when I mute Keeper for certain sites, that it would stay muted. I also don't like that I'm asked to pay more and more every year. I understand costs can go up, but I'd like some kind of discount for my loyalty all these years. I've been a customer for quite some time now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obviously, I'm solving the problem of the hundreds of passwords that I don't have to memorize.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I first used Keeper years ago on android. I now use on iphone and it also seamlessly integrates with Chrome via an extension. Since I first started using Keeper, I have never searched for another password manager ever. Also, every year, there seems to be a new feature that makes me glad I chose this platform many years ago when I was in college.
Great password manager that works across all devices
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Keeper is device agnostic! I have it on my laptop, work computer, iPad, and Android smartphone. I know that I can always rely on Keeper to be able to access my passwords anywhere that I am. I have been using Keeper for several years now and after trying 4 other password managers I'm sticking with Keeper!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is nothing that I don't like about Keeper specifically. My only issue is that using a password manager adds another "thing" to what I do, but that isn't specific to Keeper, that is for all password managers. This is a small price to pay to be able to manage my passwords everywhere though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always have access to my passwords, anywhere and everywhere that I am.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best password manager tool I have found, I have tried several other mainstream managers and had several frustrations with them as their pricing increased or functionality changed. I have been using Keeper for several years and the value still stands.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, annual reduced cost, possibility of having it on every device that I have, security of my protected passwords with various authorization levels
What do you dislike about the product?
The graphic interface is a bit slow on PC and you can't choose after how long to do the automatic logout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using password keeper for about 8 years and I've never had any problems. The app is very easy to use and has continuously evolved with new services.
I wouldn't know what to do without Keeper Password. I manage lots of passwords and it would be really impossible to do it any other way.

Best way to remember and use your passwords
What do you like best about the product?
The keeper can enter your passwords for you when required.

Ease of use and searchable. so many passwords, great way to keep them all. I must have 200

Ease of implementation of the password without need to type them in or try to remember so many, especially the ones less frequently used.

Keeper was the first password manager I could find that supported the U2F hardware keys that we use and this was a non-negotiable requirement at the time and still is.
The support is really excellent and above expectations - On all my questions and concerns, I have received a reply within an hour and I am situated in Southern Africa.
Last but not least: Top marks for the best value for your money.
I spent a lot of time doing my home work on the above points and Keeper checked all of these marks.
There are a few good password managers on the market at the moment, but Keeper is most certainly the best.

There are no downsides in my opinion as long as you keep your master password safe, update it regularly and also use additional security measures - such as the U2F (FIDO) hardware key.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have more than 20 different products/sites we need to log into on a daily basis and having one master password for all of these makes this the perfect solution.
As mentioned in my previous comments, supporting U2F hardware keys is also non-negotiable and Keeper was the first to support this.

The best value for money password manager on the market. They have been around for years and have solid experience in this domain. I would highly recommend it to anyone and will keep using it myself both for business and personal use.
An Excellent Cross-Platform Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use Keeper on multiple platforms including both Windows and MacOS makes it a fantastic service. It is made even more useful thanks to the ability to share an entire folder or an individual password with multiple people at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price could be a little more competitive and deeper organisational options would make Kepper better. More detailed password folder sharing options would also be a very welcomed.

Keeper has been an excellent password keeping solution both for individuals and also teams or groups. It has enabled the safekeeping of highly sensitive credentials across multiple teams in a multi-platform environment.
Great Password Management Application
What do you like best about the product?
The application is easy to use in multiple platforms, it helps you with creating very secure passwords aside from also identifying which passwords need some additional strength. These features alone help one out greatly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using this app for several years now and really have no complaints the only thing I would like is to have a discount for long term users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that was solved was having my passwords in one secure place where I could have access to them from both q mobile and a web interface.
Excellent Secure App
What do you like best about the product?
I like the folders - I can have a title and keep several records relating to the same thing in one place. I love this app, I honestly couldn't do without it in an age where passwords and logins are everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much a dislike, but lack of functionality, it would be good to drag and drop files into folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remembering everything! I automatically now update Keeper with any password change - saves having to keep everything written down.
