Keeper Password Manager has been very easy to use and offers a lot of features.
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation was very easy and it integrates with all browsers, iOS and Android.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way that we have Keeper integrated with Single Sign-On, every time a user clears their browser cache, or logs into a new device, an administrator has to approve the device which causes some lag time for the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By utilizing Keeper, we are able to have our users create unique and secure passwords for each application, move users from storing passwords in browsers, and share passwords and secrets between teams.

very occasional bug, but generally a great product

Now is a good time for these password managers
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using it pretty much since they started integrating Keeper with Windows. I now use it for every password. The big selling point is one password to access many passwords. For me, the safety of having randomized passwords that I can access on any device and stay in sync is the most valuable piece. The "nice to have" is that I can store things other than passwords on here. I store records (think, passport information) as well. And I get breach warnings. Thankfully, they make changing the password extremely simple. I also loaded it on my mother's computer so that she doesn't revert to writing down passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really cannot think of anything that I dislike about this product. They've made it really easy to integrate into my workflow, so it just sits in the background and does its thing. I do have a difficult time logging in with biometric on certain devices. Then again, I have not contacted customer support about this yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there is a data grab or a breach, I don't have to worry about passwords that I share across sites.
Keeper Password Manager helps out a lot
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use, Ease of Implementation, customer support is fine
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit high, customer/tech service doesn't have Chinese language support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have Keeper Business basic plan for the centralized management to a group of users and a lot of login credentials and shared with the whole business admin team without worry about logins are leaked intentionally or accidentally. I switched to use Keeper from LastPass a few years ago because LastPass doesn't work properly in China and their customer/tech service was really bad to be honest, I don't have these issues with Keeper at all so far.
Best Password Manager I've Ever Used!

The learning curve for brand new user can be a little steep, particularly for non-techie folks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, it's so intuitive and easy to navigate. When it comes to corporate level usage, managing various users is a breeze, sharing password or credentials between users and delegating levels of hierarchy is such time saver with peace of mind included. We use it daily here in the company and it ensures our business stays agile but safe. It's so easy to onboard new members as well, I would have never thought a password management app with a tough layer of security would be so easy to implement on our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only Con which is not a CON itself is how often you have to sign in to keep the browser extension active, I know it's a security feature I would only wish I didn't have to do it so frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our passwords and credentials safe while sharing them in a remote environment with our team members. It makes us secure and agile.
