I used Keeper primarily for password and credential management. It was used on my team of about one hundred people. The solution helped in managing credentials efficiently and securely.

Worth the money
Efficient credential management enhances security and productivity
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
Credential management was a significant advantage of Keeper. The ability to share credentials easily and securely was a big improvement. Previously, sharing passwords and credentials through email and teams was a problem. It resulted in notable productivity gains and increased security. We also used Keeper to block or handle non-standard sites that were not allowed, enhancing our control.
What needs improvement?
There is no improvement needed. Everything was good, and it was perfect for my needs.
For how long have I used the solution?
I worked with Keeper until about September last year, which is almost six to seven months since I stopped using it.
How are customer service and support?
I contacted Keeper support a couple of times. It was perfect, and I had no reason to complain.
How would you rate customer service and support?
Positive
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup took about a week or so, but once that was done, extending it took less than a couple of hours. Despite some initial back and forth, the setup process was fairly easy overall.
What was our ROI?
Use of Keeper was worth the money. From a pricing perspective, although it was more expensive than the competition, the price-performance ratio was perfect for our business needs.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The solution was more expensive than the competition, but considering our business needs, it was perfectly aligned with the price-performance aspect.
What other advice do I have?
For my use case, Keeper was a perfect nine.
Keeper is a fantastic Enterprise grade Password keeper
All kinds of different types of records, and even custom ones.
Great compliance reporting.
It even has an addon that allows secrets to be directly used/updated from GitHub or Azure Devops.
You can also use this to rotate pesky old school service account passwords and update.
Excellent Product.
Feature rich password manager meeting all our business needs for password security and hygiene
New features rolled out to the platform with no need for additional licensing
The recent addition of supporting MFA codes within the vault has been a huge benefit to us.
The Keeper team continually contact us to ensure we are getting the most from the platform, providing areas for optimization to ensure we fully deliver on ROI.
We'd like to see a feature to allow you to archive records prior to deleting records. A further feature would be to have Keeper auto archive old records that have never been accessed or not accessed in a given ammount of years.
Features such as Security Audit reports, helping the security team easily identify week passwords, password reuse and password hygiene reports to better educate users
Secure file storage allowing the storage of certificates and keys within the vault.
A great product, needs a maid.
One great feature is you can use it for MFA so you dont have to worry about having to use a single phone with multiple users sharing an online account.
We use it constanly, it must have saved countless hours of wasted time searching for passwords and the stress of being locked out of some esoteric system because the usual guy is on leave.
Could also do with slighty more customisation on password generation as password complexity requirements on some sites are quite particular.
Daily Keeper user
Flexibility of Notes fields are very helpful.
Web vault is friendly and the search seems to work well !
Search seems to do very well when adding multiple key words to the search box.
Im generally using Google Chrome latest version.
Some sites seem to struggle with autofill. May be a website restriction and not a Keeper issue.
