What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Keeper for being reliable & having important features like being able to save passkeys to the record. It was very easy to import our existing records onto the platform, and it's been a fantastic tool for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It occasionally glitches and isn't the best with auto-fill, often times suggesting an account that is very much unrelated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making the ever-growing task of keeping up with truly secure passwords much easier. It allows us to up the complexity and security while not hindering the end user experience.

Secure + Detailed Password Manager

  • February 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the security audit feature which gives you a view of all of your passwords and evaluates them for strength and uniqueness. It makes it easy to look at all your passwords and determine which ones need to be updated. On top of this it shows you records at risk in a data leak with the breach watch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface was a bit confusing at first, it just took me some getting used to, but the folders and sorting of passwords makes it easy to find the ones youre looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use keeper as a user and admin, and its helpful for both personal use and for my organization. We have a number of users in our organization that need to share passwords, and keeper makes it easy and secure to share folders, rather than users sharing over email or other unsecure channels. It also allows us to see if people are using strong passwords, resuing passwords, or at risk, so that we can reach out to our users and get them up to better security standards.

Keeper Is Easy and Makes Sense

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Keeper Password Manager is easy to use, stores all my credentials and is easily acccessible across all my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin dashboard in Keeper is pretty bland unless you pay for a lot of extras.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper Password Manager helps us solve the password problem. For everything that we can't SSO, Keeper is there to store the credentials, autofill them, and make them easily referenceable from any device at anytime.

Functional group secrets manager

  • February 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Permissions can be very granular which is great when you have multiple teams and want controlled access to credentials or secrets. Being able to store QR codes/MFA codes and have the page auto generate codes is a nice touch too.

The desktop client is nice and handy if you know you may be working offline.

You can store files, nodes and all sorts along with passwords and usernames. This is great for key files or certificates.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some problems with SSO - occasionally when using a new device or even the same device it will require approval from an admin in the portal, even if you are one of the admins and end up just approving yourself.

I find it can be slow to load initially when you have a very large number of credentials stored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use keeper to combine multiple legacy sources of information such as credential files on shares, excel files and other secrets tools into a single combined platform. We have standardized on this tool and multiple teams now use it.

Efficient no stress product

  • February 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
During the course of a working day I may need to sign onto dozens of websites or applications, Keeper is able to keep track and suto suggest which credentials I may like to use. The plugin for Chrome has helped to save so much time and is able to create extremely secure random passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few websites that the credentials do not process through correctly which require the credentials to be manually copied but these are few and far between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoids the reuse of passwords or storing them on less secure systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeper password manager is a very good product, especially for securely sharing sensitive passwords amongst work groups.

It is ease to install and use, with good customer support, once installed we haven't had to call customer support much.

Good reporting shows the up take of users and how often they are using it, as well as passwords at risk.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the owner of a shared record is deleted from the system the record can be orphaned and hard to locate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing of passwords amongst groups of people
