Love Keeper
What do you like best about the product?
I love the auto fill option in my internet browser. I love being able to get the app on any device where I always have my passwords
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes per say. There were times when the extension ran in the background of my browser and slowed performance. That has since been resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team uses 20-50 passwords each day so this application gives them a one stop shop for password repository.
My search for the ultimate password protection program is finally over!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it's cross platform and will work anywhere, on any device. The tight integration with Google Chrome is a huge plus since I work in an environment that makes heavy use of Chromeboxes/Chromebooks. I'm also a big fan of the integration with the fingerprint reader on my Android phone. One touch and I can log into whatever site I need. The fact that Keeper also integrates with apps on the phone and not just websites is something that I use and appreciate on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike, but I would like to see integration with the fingerprint reader on my laptop so that Keeper functions like it does on my phone. I would also like to see a dedicated "wallet" section like 1Password has. Those are minor quibbles though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm the network administrator for a medium sized school system, and password security is absolutely essential. Keeper allows me to have unique, complex passwords for different systems and websites which makes my network more secure and my job a lot easier. Our infrastructure is largely built around Chrome-based devices, and the fact that I can access Keeper from any of them is invaluable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jump in and try it out. There are other solutions out there, and I've tried many of them, but I've yet to find any other program with the ease of use, features, and cross-platform support of Keeper.

I love that it keeps all of my passwords in categories that I can create.

There is nothing I don't like about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to have so many passwords for so many online applications and sites, both for work and for business. There is no way I could remember them all. I used to keep everything on a little piece of paper, but that would get misplaced often. This is a safe and portable way to have control of all passwords.

Get it. I recommend it all the time.

I love the syncing between my devises. I can enter a new password on one device and it syncs with all my other devices quickly

The slowness of how the widget starts in Android phones

Ease of use, available on so many platforms, pricing is great, ability to print out entire data base and transfer in from excel!!

Paying extra for storage for added documents because I love this feature.

Everyone needs a Keeper. The sharing feature is great and keeps the information secure.

I love this program and have been using it since it was introduced. I have tested others and just decided this was the easiest most cost effective of the many I tried.

No problems back ups work great. Love how easy it is to keep all my passwords in one area easy to get too. The notes for those pesky questions is a huge help.
All passwords organized and safely stored in one spot!

Ease of use. Passwords are very easy to find and organize. The random password generator feature. Ability to add notes, etc.

Interface design is purhaps slightly out of date.

What do you like best about the product?
I have about 100 different accounts and logins. I like the fact that it remembers usernames/email addresses and prompts to use those when creating a new record. The password generator is great. I also like the ease at which you can login (touch) and copy passwords for pasting when using. This allows me to use very complex passwords... thus improving security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. Occasionally easy to log off accidentally.

Easily generate new complex passwords.

Easy, intuitive and complete interface. Good backup of data.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely safe ... I use the keeper on my cell phone, macbook and mac mini ... I have all my information on my devices with the utmost security at all times that I need them.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I do not like in Keeper App. It's very easy to use and quite intuitive. Your best point is sharing the data and securing them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep a lot of sensitive information in my Keeper and with just my digital or an easy password I have them wherever I am. With that I managed to get rid of several notes and keys of drawers.
