Sharing passwords with the team as it allows for easy sharing. It also stores previous passwords so you can go back and look at changes.
Keeper has been a reliable tool for managing passwords and secrets at multiple companies.
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper continues to deliver new features and capabilities inline with modern business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires re-education of team memers on how to manage passwords escpecially for shared accounts and passwords. Simply old habits are hard to break and built-in browser password managers confuse the matter for end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing share accounts and credentials as our company is too small to benefit from enterprise contracts that enable more users and SSO capabilities.
No complaints on keeper
What do you like best about the product?
It fills your passwords for you and you can store cards securely
What do you dislike about the product?
I really cant find any thing bad to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the passwords not saved in a browser
Your company probably needs a password manager, try Keeper!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the Okta / SSO integration! Simply adding someone to our Identity Provider (Okta) automatically creates a Keeper account and from there we can share various system, team, and account credentials. We also love the virtual MFA functionality, that has saved us a lot of headaches and and even when sharing a record with a non-Keeper user, the MFA tied to a record (if present) goes along with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything, maybe the fact that sometimes people don't create records in the right container? That's more of a user issue than a Keeper problem though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All businesses have credentials which need to be shared amongst team members and many times those do not get transitioned properly when people leave organizations. Making sure those types of records are kept in a common, transferrable, secure location is our primary use case. I call it credential vaulting rather than password manager.
Keeper 2025 - year review
What do you like best about the product?
Admin console is very modifiable. Auto generated passwords and password secret share are great and similar to our enterprise groups we usually use. Its easy to show off the web vault in orientation. The autogenerated scores for passwords across the org are good and not ridiculously obtuse (Microsoft has some weird practices).
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a little clunky to set up initially for new users and isn't as intuitive for less technical people. Some sites its auto fill does not work, for example if there are more than just username and password requested to enter and there is an additional 3rd line of information requested to sign in. It does not work outside of the browser extension as far as I'm aware. We cannot manually do Master Password resets from an administration standpoint. The nodes are a little confusing and too simple on the admin side. Because it uses SSO we find that it auto signs out a lot of the time in random mornings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of our InfoSec team recommendations, we have moved away from the built-in password managers in Edge and Chrome. Keeper provides a one stop location for anything secret managing or password managing for all our employees and contractors. Provides secure sharing of this information too.
Keeper administration review
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Keeper is very simple to use, easy to learn, and isnt only used as a password manager. The implemantation was very easy going and all team members were able to import and secure theyre passwords with no issues. All users had a seamless integration with their specififc work flow and is used daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really have anything negative to say about keeper, It works perfect for its intended use and has multiple other uses that are a big bonus. One thing I did not really like about it however is how the invitation link expires after a while and you have to send a new one after the users are "blocked"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has centralized our passwords so we dont have to worry about sending passwords over messages or email, especially with the one time shared link.
Good product with robust management options for administrators

Keeper Password Manager offers excellent management options for administrators, including a wide variety of settings and customizations. Features like (SSO integration, user provisioning, and robust access controls make it ideal for business environments. The platform also provides secure sharing and detailed activity logs, enhancing security and compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The autofill feature does not always fill in address fields properly, especially in scenarios where Chrome’s native autofill works more effectively. While Keeper excels in administrative capabilities, this aspect can be a drawback for users expecting seamless field population.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper Password Manager helps solve challenges related to password management by securely storing credentials, ensuring that all passwords are strong and unique, and providing a centralized way to manage access for users. Its robust administrative tools enhance oversight, while features like SSO integration and activity logging streamline operations and improve security. This reduces the risk of data breaches and simplifies compliance with cybersecurity requirements

What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is a great tool that helps our company manage individual and shared passworda as well as other types of secure records.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Keeper would allow my admins to own and manage all accounts, folders and passwords. This only works if they are shared on the folders or records. This can create issues when users need help or are separated from the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to secure shared passwords and folders in a company with high staff rotation.
