My favorite password manager
What do you like best about the product?
I was easily able to import all of my existing passwords from Chrome and Firefox. I also love how it easily allows me to update the passwords for sites.
The family plan has allowed me to add my wife and we are easily able to share passwords for sites like Netflix, Hulu and HBO since we don't have individual accounts for these sites.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an offline mode for the desktop version so if I were to lose internet connectivity I could still create new entries. Ran into an issue when trying to save the new WiFi password I had created before I had an internet connection and I couldn't create a new Keeper entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've updated all of my passwords using keeper and I know that they are all protected with very complex and hard to guess passwords. The ease of changing them allows me to keep changing them every few months for additional protection without having to come up with a new one in my head for each site.
I also love having breach watch to keep me posted on potential data breaches on sites where I have an active account.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've been using Keeper for more than a year now and I have no real complaints about it. It does exactly what it says and I trust them with my information. They have a fair price point and I love all of the offered features. The family plan allows me to easily share commonly shared passwords with others users within my family.
Easy to keep 100+ passwords organized
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the app and the website
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly would be nice if it were cheaper. Beside that I have no complaints about the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve been able to create unique, complex passwords to keep my logins secure all while having a place I can reference for the information
Great Resource Overall
What do you like best about the product?
The look and “feel” of the app are terrific. I really like the layout and design of the individual records—clean and clear, with options to customize fields and information. Everything is organized well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting in and out of the app can be a slog, unless you use facial recognition. And Keeper is on the spendy side—I’ve checked out other apps that cost a lot less. However, I have stayed with Keeper because it works and is familiar to me. In the end, like my dad always said, “If it ain’t broken, don’t fix it.”
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply put, I don’t have to remember anything. It’s all there. No notebook, no sticky notes, nothing to forget. Even if it’s a password or login I use once a year—BAM—it’s there in Keeper, safe and sound.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely at the top of the list of products to evaluate in this field.
Excellent and Intuitive password manager
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and security options to access this application are superior to other equivalents. Breach watch also a great reminder to maintain complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
No negatives in many years of use but I use as a stand-alone application rather than enterprise for which I can’t comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing volumes of passwords, apps and varying complexity tracking and maintenance.
Long time user would be lost without it
What do you like best about the product?
So easy and straight forward. Very compliant and safe but not confusing or cumbersome. The folders really help
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many pop ups for upgrades. When I’m retrieving a pass word I am many times in a rush.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep more than just passwords such as medications and company data. MAybe adding fields that accommodate that is an idea.
Great Password Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The app is easy to use. Store all the data points needed for online logins. Integrates well with most websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes pops up when not wanted on phone and can be hard to suppress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a secure database to keep passwords in saves me from having to remember them all and keep strong passwords.
Greatest Password Keeper in the industry
What do you like best about the product?
All devices connected and updated in moments notice and it stores my passwords even when I’m offline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the best deals for family accounts. I wish they had more offers for families
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m not using similar passwords for any of my accounts.
Great password keeper!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it syncs across all of my devices and it will generate highly secure passwords. Plus I can set it up for my kids and no more texts about "what is my password"
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes is a bit finicky on my phone (Samsung S10) but I've learned to live with it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need a written list of my passwords and if I need to change my password on one computer, it will be there for me on my other computer. It is so simple and integrates wonderfully!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
none
Very useful and user friendly Password Database
What do you like best about the product?
For me the most helpful aspects of Keeper are that it works cross platform, it works in a browser and all my other devices, so my database is always reachable. I also like the fact that I can create folders, use keywords and can generally customise the database to my needs. The app on my phone also works with Facetime which is super useful and makes it way quicker to login into the database.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no actual way of knowing if my passwords are really safe. If Keeper would get hacked one day, I would have a serious problem, as my entire digital life relies on this program now. I would need more reassurance and honesty if they would get hacked, otherwise it would impose a big problem in our digital lives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the simple problem that we need countless of accounts to navigate the online world. With Keeper I can generate and use different passwords for every account. We also have a shared Keeper Folder for all the Household accounts which I am sharing with my partner, which is very useful. I am also saving my license files for purchased software, which is very useful to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just get the full subscription and link up all your devices, this is by far the easiest way to use it. Make sure that you use Keepers password generator to generate save individual passwords for each account you are opening, this will leave you less open for cyber attacks.
Couldn’t live without it
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep track of multiple strong passwords is critical. Having Password Keeper keep track of them, rating their strength, and being able to share with family is worth every penny.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to have full read/write over family files, as the primary user and administrator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. My passwords and data, and copies of documents are safely stored, and available when needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best money you’ll spend on a password manager.
