Works as expected, if a little clunky and ugly

Unlimited sends per user is nice vs docusign

The signature and other fields move around and don't line up no matter how hard I try

Smooth signing process with Conga Sign
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless process all in one spot. From Sending out for Signature to receiving the documents back signed and new versions of the documents created.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. It works great for me and my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to use paper anymore. It makes it very efficient.
esignature made easy with Conga Sign
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Sign is easy to use and allowing recipients to sign on a mobile device makes the signing process quick and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of emails that can only be controlled if you set up Business Units

Seamless integration with all Conga Contracts products like CLM and CFS

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way the conga sign integrates with the conga composer along with the conga contract. It makes the process very smooth... we love the write back feature which brings in the data back in the salesforce. Easy Integration with Salesforce

What do you dislike about the product?
We don't find a lot to dislike as it gives us a lot in terms of the whole process. However, we feel that when you put the tag and write back block on the document the formatting looks a little off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
conga sign integrates with the conga composer along with the conga contract. It makes the process very smooth... we love the write-back feature which brings the data back into the salesforce. We send contract documents generated from conga composer for signature and also we are capturing the update your details form to customer and when they send back the detail with the use of conga sign write back feature we update those details back in salesforce.

We recommend conga sign because we love the way the conga sign integrates with the conga composer along with the conga contract. It makes the process very smooth... we love the write back feature which brings in the data back in the salesforce.
Simple signing solution
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple and the integration with salesforce is pretty seamless. Pre-selected fields with all of our different quotes/pdfs that are properly placed each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Every time I use it, it seems to work well. Maybe our CPQ integration with salesforce could be a little better in conjunction with conga

Great way to Track and sign documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Sign is extremely easy to use, and I love that it keeps me updated on the progress of the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often times it takes a bit to load, which can delay or slow down the closing process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Conga for electronic document signing with current customers. It is quick, easy, and leaves a great paper trail for both company and customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Conga is great, especially when you have a large variety of forms or things that need to be signed. It also integrates really well with Salesforce.
Super easy to set up
What do you like best about the product?
I got this installed and working in 1-2 hours. It is super simple to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
No parameter to select another default Conga composer action other than merge and sign

Digital signature. And we are no longer needing people to print and sign and return docs.
Clients Do Not Trust It
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive and user friendly...and it is affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients distrust it and most often will not use it (they prefer a competitor); clients cannot figure out how to download the document from the Transaction; we cannot pull a partially-executed document out of an incomplete Transaction; the Transaction will not auto-complete once a record is activated because it does not recognize that an agreement was "wet" signed, sending out confusing reminders weeks after the fact; etc. It needs to look a bit more polished and allow the end user to personalize and save their email messages on the front end rather than on the back end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is my company's first foray into digital signature. It is supposed to allow for more efficiency and faster quote-to-cash.
Conga Sign
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Conga sign is provided inside of Conga Contracts and we would not have to use a third party provider. The added bonus is that the CEO of Conga came from DocuSign. His expertise can take this product to the next level. I hope he takes the feedback provided from users to ensure his product can me the market changer in the esignature industry. Pricing is an added bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga Sign is not known in the marketplace. Not well trusted and it needs the tweaks to mirror DocuSign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the simplicity of Conga Sign and the integration with Conga Contracts. The pricing is an added bonus.
