Automating Business Processes with Conga Sign
What do you like best about the product?
It's built in Salesforce and is super easy to customize. It also allows us to easily send documents creating in composer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to export all completed agreements in batch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier to send contracts for our Sales team, and automating processes within Salesforce.
Simple for our different business units t use.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use. Business units didn't require additional training for use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the set up of the contract with our Execs.

Because of integration all the different b. units are able to customize for their specific business.
My Experience with Conga Sign
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Sign provides an easy interface to sign contracts or agreements between people and gives digital sign a boost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga sign doesn't provide feature to send multiple files at once, as i have tried it via integrating conga sign with salesforce and found the mentioned feature missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Installed conga sign package in my salesforce org and used it to send documents and files to signer to sign docs.

Salesforce version has more features then the conga Contracts versikn
Easy Signature Transactions
What do you like best about the product?
It allows our company to get contracts back signed immediately, rather than waiting for someone to send us the signed contract. Helps get implementation get moving too
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients have to "adopt" the signature first before they can review and sign the contract and that scares a lot of Clients off from using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to make sure no additional edits are being made right before signature. And the streamlining allows the contract to come right back to our Contracts Team immediately rather than waiting days, possibly weeks.
Place great with the conga family
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that Sign works well with all the other Conga products makes it a compelling offering. Whether round tripping from collaborate, compose etc. it works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see a few more options for checkboxes and picklists within signing docs as right now it's more just for the signatures

This can be used for any documentation that needs to be signed with data uploaded and maintained.

Conga Sign
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Sign saves us so much time and money. Our contracts can be created using relationship fields that can be modified at any time. It is easily compatible with many softwares. We use Conga through SalesForce AppExchange. Recently we had an issue with our Composer and needed to call customer support. They didn't just fix the problem, they wanted me to learn in case a similar issue was to arise in the future. The original person could not figure out the answer to my question, so they brought another person on board to help. Come to find out we had been running an old version of conga from years ago. They helped we walk through the oroginal fix, and provided links on how to update our system to match the current version.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company is currently merging and our future with Conga is uncertain. They have not provided us with much information on what will happen when they go offline. Conga can be difficult for those who are not tech savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga helps make our contract renewal process easy. It pulls information directly from our CRM program so all we have to do is select which template we need to use. Edits are extremely easy, all you have to do is copy the codes and update any new information, such as an address change. Then upload back into conga. What used to take hourse for a set of 10 documents can now be done in a set of ten clicks.
