Organized Client Interaction with Intuitive Notetaking

What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong for researching and notetaking on client calls, and it helps me stay organized and polished with notes. I really like Gong's consistency and summary skills. The initial setup was easy for me, as I didn't have to do anything on my end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with MEDDPICC notes into Salesforce isn't seamless. I have to manually summarize from Gong's recording transcript.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong for researching and notetaking on client calls. It helps me stay organized, provides polished notes, and allows me to review team calls for context.

Analytics Powerhouse with Some Integration Hiccups

What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics, probably the most. The analytics are great to see my open rates from emails, who’s clicking on my links, and who’s booking meetings with me. Seeing that percentage ratio, like some flows having a 90% open rate, is fantastic. It’s great for evaluating and improving my strategies with customers in my territory. That has been a huge impact. Of course, time saving is another big thing. We're always looking to save time at work, and that's been a huge impact in my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things that don't work as well are pretty minuscule. One issue is with transcripts; they cannot be uploaded within the Gong flows or emails, even though you can download them. This is a problem for me since I work in legal, and I have to go back to my Outlook email to send transcripts to attorneys and firms. It seems silly to have to download a transcript only to be unable to upload it. Another frustration is with using numerals in blocks; the numbering starts over at one instead of continuing, which is not typical unless dealing with statutes. Integration with Salesforce could be better, specifically with pulling over phone numbers to accounts, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong to improve time management by sending emails through flows, connect with emails through my business address, and analyze customer interactions to understand their pain points.

As a seller, there is no better software to review calls, get account insights and signals and update fields etc

the Gong engage tool is lacking vs other more built out tools

helps to record and review calls, which is great for peers to learn and managers to review. Everything clients tell us is recorded and documented so that we can leverage that when building value stories etc

What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate Gong for its ease of use and the full picture view it provides of how our customers are using our products, from start to finish, including from marketing to sales, all the way through to implementation, customer success, and professional services.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Gong continues to launch new AI functionality, there is some confusion on when to use what feature and how to quickly get there. Some more cohesion will be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Gong for managing our sales pipeline, improving forecast visibility, and efficient meeting follow-ups. It also provides our team with customer insights throughout the entire process, enhancing coaching & reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to use and I love how I can find everything I need with respect to any of my accounts on Gong. I love that I can go back and listen to my calls and generate follow-ups easily without the fear of forgetting meeting notes. I use it everyday for either account related research, account history and for my forecast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI Summary sometimes confuses timelines which is not very helpful when Im trying to understand customer sentiment throughout.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong as a CS ops leader to assess my team's performance and record customer calls. I like the ability to report on call times, frequency of calls, and see call duration. It allows me to determine future headcount and present team performance. The initial setup of Gong was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see better renewal forecasting, but that is a nice to have.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong for recording my onboarding calls, and I really appreciate how it shares the call video and transcript with clients. It helps me write detailed follow-up emails based on the transcript and answers my questions related to the call after. I like its reliability and how detailed it is, especially the recordings feature. It works every time, connects to Zoom, is available to share with clients, and I know when they accessed the link. Plus, the initial setup of Gong was super easy.

It should be visible when I shared the call with clients so I don't do it twice.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong to keep track of all emails, calls, and conversations, and it's a great place to reference details and prep for meetings. It's really nice because I don't have to do it manually, and I can share it with my account executive. The organization is fantastic; everything's there, and I can prep for meetings quickly. Gong provides wonderful summaries that make it easy to write follow-up emails. I love that I no longer have to say I don't know to a question because I can go back and reference things. It saves so much time and improves how I show up with my customers. It's a lifesaver for someone like me who's not super organized. Gong organizes everything for me, so I don't have to scan or take notes. I can just search for information right away. I also appreciate seeing the history of interactions with different people who have touched an account. The setup was absolutely painless and easy. Overall, I really, really like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yeah. I would like it if all of my accounts could be, like, on one where I could navigate. Because right now, you have to do a search, and sometimes the search is a little clunky. It's not as intuitively organized, so I don't always know where to find everything. I don't have, like, a me page of my accounts. It would be nice to have, like, a me accounts page where I can just navigate them and just kinda click on them rather. Than having to search them. And, yeah, it just kinda like can be a few extra steps to, like, get to to the call I want or to get somewhere. So that would be nice. The organization would be a little bit better, like my landing page. Just a slightly more intuitive.

Optimize Meetings with Intuitive Interface, Improve Data Capture

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Gong interface and the three tools I mentioned, as they solve my pain points. Additionally, I appreciate that it offers me a rating on how engaged I am and where I can shorten my interventions, basically the coaching it provides me. I also highly value having a record of my meetings that I can consult immediately or later, which makes my work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two things that could be improved in Gong. The first is that sometimes the meeting is not recorded if I have to enter the Zoom link twice. This makes me lose all the added value of Gong, as I cannot recap the important points or obtain traceability for the future. The second is that sometimes it incorrectly captures the person responsible for an action in the next steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong to record my external meetings and get coaching on my performance. It helps me stay attentive because it provides the transcription, facilitates follow-up with key point memos, and guides me in meeting preparation.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the summary of the call and the transcripts in Gong. I appreciate the ability to look back on the transcripts to identify risks and opportunities for renewal and expansion. It's really valuable to me because it helps focus on the specific needs of my partners when meeting with many of them on a daily basis, and it helps summarize those conversations.
