What do you like best about the product?
Gong is very versatile and easy to use and it helps us to analyzes what’s said during calls which helps coach reps, improve messaging, and spot winning behaviors
What do you dislike about the product?
As a data person i really like the ability to customize and alter dashbaords however gong has limited flexibility when trying to customize reports or dashboards for specific use cases
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very big sales team due to which we faced a problem where sales managers complained that they cannot sit on every call and the notes by the reps are often incomplete or biased.
Gong’s Solution to this was it automatically records, transcribes, and analyzes calls, emails, and meetings which saves time and at then end of the day increase pipeline

Asking gong for notes on the call and insights into sales performance.

Maybe I've become a tad lazy in my note taking.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it incredibly easy to track and analyze sales calls. The AI insights are spot on and help us understand what’s working and what’s not. I especially like the deal pipeline views and how it tracks rep activity and customer engagement without any manual updates. What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app experience could be better — it feels limited compared to the desktop version. Also, there’s a bit of a learning curve at first when navigating the dashboards and reports, but once you get used to it, it’s very powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps us identify what’s working and what’s not in our sales process by analyzing calls and tracking rep activities. It solves the problem of scattered sales data and gives us a clear, centralized view of our pipeline. It also eliminates the need for manual tracking, which saves time and improves accuracy. As a result, we’re able to focus on high-priority deals and coach our team more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI call summary is super helpful, as is the category / subjects they can identify and the time in which those categories are talked about
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really one that i can think of at the moment! We really enjoy using Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on the product team, so I am not frequently on calls with customers. It is extremely helpful to be able to quickly watch our sales + CS teams talk to clients directly and hear product painpoints / how the product is impacting the deal. We don't have time to listen to the full call, so the conversational intelligence is sooo valuable to click directly into the relevant parts of the convo.

AI functionality that summarises highlights of the call and CTAs saves me a lot of time so I can focus on engaging with my customer instead of taking notes.

Setting up the integration to enable automatic call recording was not clear / straightforward.
It doesn't allow a single customer that may have different brands integrate under one name so that when I search for calls I don't need to search in each individual brand. I would like to search for this from a central place.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me a lot of time so I can focus on the content of the call instead of taking notes.
I can very quickly be brought up to speed on the status of accounts that have been handed over to me.

What do you like best about the product?
The note taker and the ability to check information about the calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recording at the beginning telling client we are recording the call it is quite awkward.

Taking notes, storing information, ability to find information from previous calls/emails, creating follow up emails

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful thing about Gong is the making highlights as a bulletpoints. It helps no need to rewatch whole online meeting. And of course voice to transcrption, even there is 2 other countries people talking. Me and my partner used Gong I'm Mongolian he is from Spain. Gong understands our pronanciation converted whole text. At last making a conclusion of our meeting that's amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
I think for there is no dislike function. I never had a better experience than Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has left us good history and archive. Time saving no need to rewatch meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get a quick rundown on key takeaways and next steps saves so much time when I have a busy day of calls or have to quickly pull up what a prospect and I last spoke about.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the system learned what my products were called or the acronyms I use but it's 90% accurate so this really isn't a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping better notes than I ever could, making it easy to share call recordings with my internal and external stakeholders, and helping me improve my overall call structure using the analytics.
Gong for customer advocacy
What do you like best about the product?
I'm using Gong for customer advocate identification. The AI stream training is used for me to use specify quotes like "I love your product". It captures those for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong AI does need some additional training and doesn't always capture. The AI is restrictive to only gathering quotes, not overall sentiment, so there's a lot of filtering through that I need to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In customer marketing, I am not interested in sales, but advocacy and engagement. Gong is helping me by using the AI to identify people who are advocates by capturing quotes like "I love your product" or "This is the best!". I capture them and then ask them for an act of advocacy.
Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and makes keeping track of customer requests much easier.

It doesn't always capture all the action items from my meetings.
