Great product - must need for Sales organization
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics and the ability to watch your calls again at faster speeds to review things that went well and things that could use more improvement. I can see all of my teammates calls as well so I can learn from them to improve my calls
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the amount of info can be overwelmeing. The amount of information that is provided to us after the call can be alot. and sometimes I dont even look at it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is used for coaching and personal refection of Sales calls. The manager provides feedback from my calls on what to improve and how I can get my talk tracts to be better.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong's great. Before Gong I'd never get a chance to listen to not only my calls but my colleague's neither. The only way would be to shadow someone, but let's be honest, there's never time to do that.
Gong allows us to analyze our calls picking up on ranked keywords, and we can always listen to recordings of our teammates or use our own for reference. The transcription for the calls are also surprisingly very accurate—an excellent tool for every sales org.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to date...UI can be a little easier to find calls but that could just be me needing to spend a little more time navigating in Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee enablement across all departments. Time savings not needing to have multiple meetings.

I love the simplicity and the accuracy of the call topic.

I don't like that my inbox is showing. I wish I could more easily hide my inbox messages.

Gong solves the problem of forgetting what was talked about previously. It's so easy to find the calls and quickly listen to them, and be reminded of different topics that were mentioned.

Do it. It's worth it.

The fact you can search keywords to find important parts of the conversation makes it an ideal tool.

I like everything overall. I do think sometimes the integration fails. Here and there the call goes missing or starts from an awkward place.

It helps keep records and references of our communication.

Great new tool for our team
What do you like best about the product?
Call stats are great for review and seeing how much your prospect/client was interacting and engaging. The deals tab is also a fantastic tool for staying on top of open opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely a lot of cools to access. Training/onboarding could be improved to help the team really harness everything at our finger tips. It's a lot to take in, and easy to overlook helpful data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call tracking and recording, coaching, and deal tracking. It's helpful now for deal flow, but will be increasingly helpful as our team grows and we foster best practices.

great way to listen back to my calls and my colleagues calls - I can make notes, search for key words, and share with my team.

Can't think of any areas of improvement- keep crushing the game, Gong!

Improving my skills for how to keep calls short/efficient and how to wrap up/set up next steps at the end of my calls.
A Needed Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best things about Gong are the ability to get feedback from your Demos quickly and to hear how other reps handle certain aspects of the sale.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is people don't use it enough

Its helped me ask more robust questions and to cut the fluff.
Solid Tool to Review Calls
What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature that allows you to go 1.5 or 2.0 X speed - an efficient way to get through multiple calls!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing significant that I dislike from Gong. Solid product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This gives us a way to monitor how calls are going with newer reps, share insights that we find out from clients to other departments, and aggregate key words and phrases.
Great resource for reviewing recorded calls
What do you like best about the product?
My current company is the first to use a recording solution like Gong. As a newer employee, I have nothing but praise for being able to access previously recorded meetings. This capability has helped me as a CSM better understand customers who would eventually be in my BoB.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI for transcribing the call isn't the best. Granted, it can only do so much with what it's able to pick up during a meeting; however, I feel like some situations could be doing a better job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned in what I like about Gong, I'm trying to solve the problem of being able to listen to customer sentiment and pick up on various topics that were previously discussed.
