Favorite tool in tech stack!

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is an integral part of my workflow as a CSM! It helps me stay on top of call follow up, analyze how I can improve my conversations with partners, and helps me keep track of all previous outreach between my team and a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see expanded capabilities around suggestions for action items. Sometimes if the meeting doesn't start on time and then gets rescheduled the call doesn't always get recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me save time and be completely present for the meeting I'm having with my customers. I know that all the key points will be highlighted through Gong's analysis so I won't miss anything when following up with action items or resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Most of I like the user friendly structure and surface. Also the direct and presice transscript is amazing. The different sharing opportunities round all the good thing up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now I couldnt realise any downsides I have been using it for 3 months. 2 things I would recommend is to have different language options I mean that to translate the text directly in the tool and maybe also video recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have written proof of all the calls I am having with clients without the need to take notes and also to analyze internally where I can do it even better together with the training department.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gong syncs seamlessly with Zoom, no additional record buttons to click or worry about where recordings go and how to manage them. Additionally, the Gong interface is easy to use, specifically the call page, where you can listen to the call or see a transcript and jump to a certain point in the call. I've also found the Gong app to be extremely user friendly and technically sound, unlike other competitors I have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a lot of extra features that Gong has that I don't have the time to use. Additionally, sometimes the "action items" feature isn't 100% correct, but that's understandable because I'm not always 100% clear in the call about action items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps in several ways; first, to ensure my conversations with customers are recorded so that I can share them with my manager or technical resources who would need to listen in order to achieve a deliverable. Second, it's immensely helpful with coaching, where I can listen to sales calls or other calls within my team to better understand how they set up a new feature or gathered feedback from a customer. Third, it can be shared with customers! There are many times where a stakeholder has to miss a call and we don't have to reschedule, but can simply send them the recording afterwards.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Being able to read through the transcript while you listen to the call.
2. Integration with slack for new comments on calls
3. Create folders and share with your manager for call coaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't realize how many times I said "like" or "kinda" - makes you feel a little self conscious about how much room there is to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Working remote & using Gong allows me to listen to team members and benefit from their sales knowledge and implement with my own calls in the future.
2. You don't know how you sound on the phone unless you can play it back and listen to yourself, allows you to catch things you don't even realize you're doing on the phone.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can have feedback from a manager, it's also very useful to send recording snippets to prospects. I also love the transcription feature that lets me know the key points in the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there are any downsides to using Gong. My sales process has only gotten better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is solving our call recording and coaching process and providing a vehicle for feedback on calls.

Great product to capture conversation content

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is great in that I can go back to a recording and retrieve any information that I may have missed during the call. Also good for new employees to ramp up their knowledge and get onboarded quicker. Like the fact that I can type in keyword, and Gong will locate that in a specific recording and present you with the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
None for far, I enjoy the using the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since it records the conversation, I can go back to a recording to get additional details of my call. That way, I don't have to feel so pressured to capture every element of the conversation taking notes. I can focus on the person I'm speaking with.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to transcribe and snipping sections of a meeting. Additionally, I appreciate the email follow up that highlights key words for actions to be taken that were mentioned in the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you forward a meeting to be recorded, it won't recognize the location as an online platform and will kick back the meeting and not allow it to be recorded. When I wrote in to customer support regarding this, I never received a response back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic recording, ability to share experience for learning purposes, and business needs of organizing touchpoints and remembering action items for a multitude of meetings with different clients.

Game changer for calls, note taking, review, follow up and moving deals forward

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been a game changer for me in my workflow. I work in account management and am on video calls with clients at least 5-6 times a week. I used to take notes by hand but we all know the pain of a mad dash to get every detail written or typed up only to have a hand cramp in the middle of it. OR zoning out and missing some of what your client is saying. OR missing a key action item that requires meticulous follow-up. Now you can focus on active listening and know that gong will capture your calls for you to review. This has helped me stay on top of client projects, and move deals forward more efficiently. Now dont get me started on the transcript, analysis of your calls and opportunities for coaching. All in all seemless call recording and note taking for anyone in a client facing role.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcripts can be improved, you definitely have to proof read and edit. Sometimes the recording drops from the calls and doesn't get recorded. There are some instances where the analysis is way off or it shows the wrong person calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me a lot of time taking notes, reviewing calls and action items. It helps me stay on top of follow up which is crucial to moving client projects and upsell deals forward.

I find it hard to find old calls from a client.

Gong is helpful when I need to review and better understand a clients needs and desires. I am able to show up to subsequent calls with a better understanding of their needs than I thought I had.
