Great tool for recording and reviewing your calls.
What do you like best about the product?
It sorts who is speaking, so you can find an individual conversation quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use a little update, it feels a bit dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow up issues are critical, and this is a great tool to help remind you what issues you need to follow up on.

This is a great vehicle to listen to your calls and improve, as well as a way to easily go back and review all or part of an important conversation.

I like that it provides a space for feedback and helps you analyze how much you talk

I dislike that I have to navigate to a whole other page for this data

I'm solving the problem of talking too much. I've realized the benefits are just helping me become more self aware
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really have a plan when using Gong. Present it to your manager, or make a reminder to go in and discuss feedback weekly or bi weekly. I am creating a repository for all my feedback to live in in my inbox. It's way easier for me to poke around my inbox than it is Gong, because I have it up all the time.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to review the call breaking down by speaker helps me to:
- improve my listening -- I can focus on content without having to take notes
- improve my communication -- when reviewing I can see in what field I can getting better
- improve my self confidence -- by stepping back when reviewing I have a more objective point of view on how I have performed

This is really helpful. I really like to review the stats. It often shows that overall, I am in the green zone.

The transcript
I can not rely on it, the transcript is not good. Generally the transcript sentences don't make any sense.

I am not efficient in taking notes. Gong solves the taking notes pain point.

Helps reduce risk in your pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
Gong provides great insight into deal stages and warns sales managers when deals are at risk (prospect ghosting, no communication for 14 days, etc.). It's helped our team identify deals at risk much earlier in the sales cycle and help our team accurately project our pipeline. Gong also helps identify trends we see on calls- what are the most common objections? What key features or challenges are we solving on closed deals across our sales organization? Ultimately, Gong provides a lot of sales insight but saves a ton of time digging through calls to identify trends. It's a must-have for remote sales organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong's interface is clean and easy to use. However, there could be some modifications to making set-up easier. It's not a deal-breaker as their customer service team is very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen improvements in forecasting, insight into key selling points across all customers, and optimizing our team's time spent reviewing calls. It's a huge time saver. We're not guessing on when deals close or what's the next step in the sales process. We have much better insight into the deal stage and activity across our sales reps.
Great Tool For Call Review and Notes
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the call highlights who is speaking at each interval and that the system automatically pulls out consistent topics when it can find them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to make edits and annotations to the call notes themselves to both help improve the Gong word recognition and cut out the pieces of the call that are most important for my notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to review my work and catch errors in the way I talk or phrase things to make me more successful on future calls
Great Coaching tool for any sales professional
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I really liked how I can tag anyone in the organization for help and coaching. I think the metrics are nice and effective as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now I wish we could correlate individual stats with what is working in sales industries wide.

100% yes..Great for growing organization that are scaling up.
This is the must use tool for 2021 and beyond
What do you like best about the product?
As a sales manager, we can't always be on every call. Gong allows us to review the actual call, debrief with the reps and work on ways to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
More AI oversight would be appreciated so we don't have to listen to the entire call

Trying to be in two places at once. It's a tremendous tool to be a learning opportunity.
Helpful and intuitive integration for recording video calls wherever they live
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gong integrates with all the tools we already use as a business. As primarily an admin, not a user, I know something is intuitive when I rarely get questions, and I usually only hear about Gong when something is down (and then I hear about it from Gong first).
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to be a lot of service downtime, but maybe just because they overcommunicate and people are so dependent on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to return to past client/sales calls - your own or with the previous salesperson/account manager - has been invaluable for our sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
Topics feature on the recorded calls allows for quick scrolling of the recording

At this point I haven't found anything that I "dislike"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have the ability to look/listen to my teams calls/demos. I can utilize this to help coach them and help them improve. Simple things like looking how much they spoke compared to the prospect is eye opening to them. Working from home I don't have a way to see their productivity on a day to day basis. This tool gives me that ability.
