Scale sales enablement and coaching, especially helpful during WFH

What do you like best about the product?
The UI makes it easy to adopt across the business. Having explored alternative solutions, I found Gong's UI to be the most most intuitive. I find this especially important for end user adoption.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the comment box is too small. When I'm providing coaching to an AE, I have to constantly scroll up and down to view the comment. Suggest improving this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a most effective way to train and develop an remote sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the custom alert function which gives you the ability to receive an email when your name is mentioned on a call, which helps coordinate between teams in my current role.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've heard that it is pricey. There also can be improvements to functionality on the app, it's more of a bare bones setup right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily review calls, skip to important parts, share specific info across teams.

ease of use
ability to share with different teams in the organization
the trackers are a great feature in order to analyze trends
What do you dislike about the product?
not 100 accuracy on company names that affect the performance.
also, some of the metrics are not intuitive to see individuals, but only the accumulated view
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping with enablement and as a manager to manage the pipeline and better understand the sales cycle

What do you like best about the product?
ease of use. how it integrates and brings everything together to help monitor and track progress of calls, virtual meetings, emails, interactions and pipeline. Nothing beats it. Plus the ability to quickly and easily identify areas of strength and improvement

the uploading of calls from ringcentral to gong is painful. so slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
areas of improvement during call/mtg dialogues. pace of discussion tracking. pace of pausing. being able to visibly see how an interaction truly happens and learn and become better

One of the best investments you'll make in your business and in your people. Use it correctly and learn how it can benefit you. IT WILL! Everyone can become better and more profitable with Gong.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it automatically records all calls, provides transcripts, groups account calls together. I like how I can send snippets of calls. I really like being able to search the transcript.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish sometimes the interface for finding calls was a little easier, sometimes I think the interface is not super intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to take as detailed of notes! I don't have to stress about remembering what happened in a meeting! It definitely makes our team more efficient and I can be more confident in calls because I'm not worrying about notes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will absolutely save time and create better sales people.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been so cool to have everything in one area, Opp Names, Calls and Revenue charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took so long to get it to our company.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong Deal Review is great as it summarizes Salesforce data and adds Gong data to see deeper into your opportunities and how engaged the prospect / client is in the deal cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zoom / API connection can be troublesome at times mainly with SDR's scheduling calls on the calendar (via Google Calendar) and Gong recorder not joining. This can be address with Gong's support team however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better deal review and sales enablement - recording best prospect calls and demos and learning from mistakes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good value! see what you can do with them and get it implemented!

- Helpful for documenting customer discussions (Product, contracts, CSM, Pre-Sales)
- As a leader, it is a helpful tool to coach my team, get updates on accounts and opportunities
- Easy way to share feedback for product and other team members
- Easy to share the calls for non GONG users
- Great resource for new hires to shadow calls
- Great to create a library for calls
What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes the "Pipeline" and information isn't accurate
- example at risk vs. not at risk
- All the info from SFDC
- Sometimes it does not capture calls
