What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a revolutionary sales enablement platform that has quickly become a game-changer for sales teams across the globe. The platform is designed to provide sales reps with the tools and insights they need to be more effective and close more deals.

One of the things that sets Gong apart from other sales tools is its ability to capture and analyze sales conversations in real-time. What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is incredibly versatile and has a user-friendly interface, I did notice that it does not fully integrate with Salesforce. This could be seen as a downside for some businesses that rely heavily on Salesforce as their primary CRM tool. However, this is a minor issue that does not detract from the platform's overall effectiveness.

In my opinion, Gong has the potential to be a one-stop-shop for sales activity tracking, provided it integrates fully with all sales tools and not just gong-related calls. This would make it an even more powerful tool, as it would allow sales teams to monitor and analyze all of their activity in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of data, easily accessible. Video/Audio/Transcripts. Instantaneous Feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a steep learning curve. Takes time to learn all its capabilities.

Feeback, improving on your own, very versatile.

Hesitant at first, but so impressed!

What do you like best about the product?
Our team was introduced to Gong at the end of last year. I didn't know a ton about it but after having it on a few customer calls, I am SO IMPRESSED! I can now be fully present in my calls because Gong records the video, writes up the transcript and delivers action items to my CRM automatically. I like seeing my talk ratio on calls and having the ability to send part of the call to other users. For client-owned meetings, I have to be diligent about keeping my notes and action items manually; it makes me sad Gong couldn't be part of that call because Gong is a more reliable note-taker!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides. Occasionally it isn't connected to my hosted calls, but our Gong admin is quick to respond and troubleshoot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows our Strategic Relationship Manager (Customer Success) to have success calls with customers and focus on our key areas of strategy (which we can now track). It also allows us to be more present in calls which is something you can't quantify but it's such a gift and load off our busy plates.

What do you like best about the product?
It really does help me review, catch up, analyze everything I could need to in my role. It helps me become better and don't know what I would do without it. Never used anything else but don't imagine why we'd switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing. It accomplishes everything I need it to. They even publish great content to help me in my role. So no pointers. I haven't noticed any bugs or anything that hinders me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me analyze what I need to do better in my role. Really great for coaching and reviewing as a team, leading me to be more productive and further my performance.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation. We get an email with the recording, video, and transcript as soon as we get off the call. The smart followup reminders have been helpful too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The program is so great I can't think of anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording and archiving of presentations. This helps us improve quality.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of insights you get from each call. I no longer have to take painfully detailed notes DURING a call. The automation & coaching to help you improve future calls is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong offers a ton of functionality. I don't have the time to fully leverage all there is to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call retrospectives, quickly identifying notes & details in calls that would have otherwise gone forgotten or unnoticed.

What do you like best about the product?
The video technology in and of itself is helpful. The recording tools let you see how a conversation went and where you can improve. In addition to that, the suggested touch points, metrics, and analytics take it to a different level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any downsides are petty. The AI voice alerting the start of a recording can be unhelpful. The task automation is a good idea, but doesnt necessarily reflect the current status of each convesation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives reps a chance to watch and critique their own calls. It also creates accountability within the organization as a whole. Theres no more need to wonder what was said on a call. We can go look at the Gong call and see for ourselves.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has a great UI and is easy to immediately adopt. It provides value quickly through some of its most standard features and gives myself and my team fantastic insights regarding what is going on within our prospects and accounts. Gong helps us save time and resources and makes us more successful in the ways that we land, retain and expand our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have everything I need with Gong, though I would like to see the product release more features related managing existing customers (Customer Success use-case)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency on accounts and opportunities, reduced resource expenditure on calls (by listening to snippets after, rather than having more people attend entire calls), surfacing risk on opps and accounts, sharing calls internally and externally, viewing transcripts rather than listening through the recording to find what you need

What do you like best about the product?
Gong can help you track important information during businees meetings!

The platform itself is very intuitive, you can integrate SF to it and have a super updated pipeline, nice and easy to ready during pipeline analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about Gong. In fact, Gong is a crucial part of our operation!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping our team keep track of the deals we have going on the company. Also, being able to watch business meetings that happened in the past, allows your team to improve by analysing other people doing their work.
