Loving Gong
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Gong connects with Zoom to recording my meetings. I get to review the meeting on top of allowing me to read through the transcripts in case I miss anything. The recordings are all in my account for easy access. It's especially helpful for client meetings and new hire meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far that I have used Gong, there isn't much that I dislike about it. But, a nice feature to have is the ability to highlight key points that someone had said so that I can easily review that exact point without having to rewatch or guess the time of when things were said.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviewing client meetings. The transcript feature and speed adjustment helps very much when looking for key points throughout the meeting.

It is not easy to set up keywords for tracking ideal behavior

Happy that my company invested in this tool. I've used this tool to find opportunities for improvement in my relationship building and pitching practices. The add-in tool is also easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong provides a detailed analysis after the call. Many times it misses the mark and highlights interesting phrases I didn't use in the call.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to flag all calls for a specific need - to be able to be automatically alerted on my teammates calls when a certain topic arises, I am able to learn from them despite being thousands of miles apart.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to dislike, honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only am I learning from watching other's calls, but I am improving my skills as a sales professional; I can see the ratio of how long I speak vs. my client, the length of my longest monologue, the longest stretch of silence while I give clients room to think and respond - there is no way I could have this insight otherwise.
Extremely insightful for breakdowns and useful feedback of calls.

Making comments at specific talking points, reviewing calls numerous times, an interface that allows easy access along with sharing between colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would appreciate a faster conversion time between calls to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to share the best aspects of a call with the entire team through snippets, the data points available on talk time to see where I can improve certain conversations, easy to understand metrics on the topics of conversations to see where time is spent most or least, and learning through listening to others' calls easily found and broken down by folder for each specific topic.

Very effective for those looking to improve their communication skills in any business, especially involving a marketing or sales campaign.

What do you like best about the product?
As a salesperson, I love the ability to search discussions I've had by subject, person, transcript, etc. It has proven invaluable to easily and quickly confirm not only what we talked about but the exact tone of the conversation as well. Also, to be able to find the exact moment a particular participant made a comment has been extremely helpful and immensely time saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing...but I am a new user of only two months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confirmation and clarification of meeting discussions, exact explanations from customers, reminders of action items and, finally, how did I look/sound in my presentation?

What do you like best about the product?
As an email marketer, I rarely hear from prospects about what they're most interested in. With gong, I can listen to opportunities talk about their challenges and tweak my messaging to provide solutions and hyper-tailored content.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time I haven't found anything that I dislike about Gong - it's an extremely helpful tool and I would highly recommend to others in the industry

Transparency between sales and marketing -- coming up with unified messaging and tailored content to our prospects needs

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Gong has made it to get feedback from my manager. I especially like how I can send just certain sections from calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
They send a lot of emails (not that big of a downside though)

Making it easier to reflect on my calls and monitor myself as well as get feedback.

I like the emails that get sent when I complete a call. Helps me improve each time.

Sometimes I forget it is there, and I don't end up using it.

Good for self improvement and getting ideas from others
What do you like best about the product?
It's very helpful to be able to go back to a call to listen to something you didn't quite catch or misunderstood. It's also great to use as a coaching tool, to get feedback on what you are doing well and what you can improve on. The keywords and time spent analysis is very insightful. It's also helpful to listen to your colleagues' calls to get ideas for yourself - like examples of others' pitches, or how they objection handle or strategize with a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to manually add it to each individual call - if you simply add it to a recurring call invite, it won't record. The transcript could be better, but it does transcribe relatively well in a very short period of time.

Understanding my weaknesses and where to lean in more to my strengths. Improving my speaking skills.
