Must have tool in tech stack

What do you like best about the product?
Gone are the days of missing out on coaching because of schedule overlaps. Gong gives me the complete flexibility to coach reps when I have time (which can sometimes not be until 10 minutes between meetings, 7pm at night after the work day, etc). With Gong, my reps get the coaching they need to ramp and excel, and I don't have to worry about missing internal meetings or being on their calls live time as everything records.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any- Gong is a must have for sales orgs!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong call recording alone helps us categorize and library calls for reference- whether for ramping reps, tenured reps, product, marketing, and more. Their tags and alerts helps me coach on aspects we are trying to improve as an org, and their AI suggests gaps in the deals before I even comb through them saving me tons of time.

Game Changing

What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest things right out of the gate as a CSM is the ability to view meetings across teams which helps fulfill the ethos of "all things pass through the CSM/AM"
What do you dislike about the product?
Slight learning curve and lots of moving parts, but nothing that is breaking. Documentation could be *slightly* better, but again this is also not a breaking issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improves the onboarding experience of new employees, gives powerful insight into your sales pipeline and helps hone in on churn risk and expansion opportunities through keyword analysis

What do you like best about the product?
Gong offers a wide range of helpful features that help sellers coach and learn with data. Their solutions continuously expands to solve more problems for sales teams (some that I didn't even know I needed).
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has very little to complain about. I personally have not run into any issues that I cal list as a negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping rep pipelines hyper-clean and allowing sellers to keep perfect notes (ability to review calls)

Every Sales Team needs Gong

What do you like best about the product?
Organisations can record and analyse sales conversations, providing insights and recommendations to sales teams.

Gong automatically transcribes sales calls, making it easy for sales reps to review and analyse calls to identify areas for improvement
What do you dislike about the product?
Search can be improved, if i want to search by a keyword, the results are not accurate

Some team members and clients may be uncomfortable having their conversations recorded and analyzed, which could create privacy concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Three fundamental problems gong is solving for us:

1. Gong's coaching and training features help sales reps and GTM teams improve their skills through personalised feedback and performance tracking.

2. Gong's collaboration allows team members to share insights and best practices, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.

3. Gong integrates with Salesforce making it easy to sync data and streamline workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see transcription while listening to the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription at times does not capture the correct words.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong queries help me stay on top of all customer calls I should be aware of and allow me to better track them and follow up on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong is not the best when it comes to different accents. It is very good with an American accent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product manager, I want to know what customers say about our products. With Gong, I can keep track of customers' feedback without needing to be in the meeting.

Gong changes the way we sell with every single call

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to rewatch calls and see things that are brought up in the conversation is absolutely transformative, but then Gong's transcription ability to read what is being said, comment, jump to parts, at a very quick rendering speed where I'm not waiting around for something to load is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that I don't necessarily like is having Gong be an active participant (or what looks like) in our Zoom calls, I wish we could add Gong to a call without having Gong recorder in the room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves us ever needing to take notes during a conversation, forgetting what was said, and remembering what we had to do as an action step after the call. It also changes the way that we coach, evaluate and pitch future clients.

Best tool for fast learning and maximizing each call

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to listen to the last calls before the next, helps get in the mindset and pick up on the pains which prompted the need for prospect to use your solution
What do you dislike about the product?
I hear that it's a rather premium product. It does pose a challenge when your customer base doesn't use zoom audio and then the call/ convo intelligence isn't matched up properly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is able to show you how to improve the flow of you deals by simply talking less and listening more. Seeing your talk tome percentage compared to the prospect was an easy fix that allowed me to progress my deals beyond the discovery and demo stage a lot quicker

Love Learning with Gong

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great tool for sales teams as you are able to be more involved and listen actively in your conversation without worrying about taking notes on every small detail because you know it will be recorded for you. Additionally, I'm able to go back and review my calls to see where I could have improved. As a sales leader, there is really no way to understand if your sales team is following best practices or what your top performers are truly doing differently without having access to their client calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any significant dislikes about using gong. On Microsoft teams meetings, it shows up quite early to the calls, so you can no longer tell if your client/prospect hopped on or if it was gong. It would be nice if it just recorded the call without having to be a whole other person in the meeting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping me to capture intricate details I missed on calls before, recall things clients said on calls, learn from top performers, and get better by reviewing my own calls for areas of improvement
