Invaluable tool for coaches and teams
What do you like best about the product?
Gong stands out to me fore a few reasons. It is highly intuitive and easy to set up, and our reps get a ton of value from the recordings and transcripts. The biggest value is the ability to share access with anyone in the organization. Our product and marketing teams use the data from Gong often to make strategic decisions and we used to hear that Sales wasn't being vocal enough about product needs. The ability to collaborate across departments within Gong really drives a ton of value for us.
Their deals tab makes forecast review a breeze, as you can quickly identify deals that are active vs deals that might be a bit of wishful thinking on the rep's part. Fantastic tool and would recommend it!

What do you dislike about the product?
There really aren't many downsides when it comes to Gong. I'm looking forward to them adding more tools like task management as it will help us consolidate other systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong makes coaching reps much easier and allows you to provide feedback based on real data. Coaching reps can take up 40-60% of a managers time and Gong helps them do it 5x faster with better outcomes. Additionally, it drives a culture of improvement. We'll frequently see reps tagging each other for feedback and support.
Easy to Use, Great Video Quality with Conversation Data
What do you like best about the product?
I highly recommend this software to any CSM looking to record and analyze customer interactions. The software is easy to use, and the recording quality is excellent. The ability to analyze and tag calls is a game-changer for our team, allowing us to identify key customer pain points and areas for improvement quickly. This software has dramatically improved our ability to provide top-notch customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong is a paid service, and depending on the specific package and features you choose, it can be quite expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team had other call recording apps, and half the time, they would not work correctly They would only record audio or only video.

none, i love using the tool, so nothing comes to mind.

I always like to see my activity and also my meetings recorded and Gong helps massively with this.
Gong has helped me take out the pain of notetaking during customer calls

The upside of using Gong is that I don't have to lose focus during a call to jot down a note. I know that Gong has captured everything I need

I haven't discovered any downsides to Gong yet. I'm new to the platform.

I enjoy Gong because it has a seamless and easy to understand user interface.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface! It is very easy to navigate Gong and find exactly what I am looking for. It saves me time which I can allocate elsewhere within my career while also easing any potential frustrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Gong had more options with scanning calls. It would be extremely helpful to search through calls by keywords or more topics. I find the topics available do not completely cover exactly what I want to search in Gong.

Gong has allowed me to review my own calls and become more accustomed with giving myself feedback. This allows my performance to be constantly improving which benefits my company.

The design is bright and modern with a user-friendly interface.

More accessibility features would be helpful.

Agent call recording, grading, training and calibration.

The synchronizing with Google meet and easy to Use, moreover there is a possibility to transcribe the calls.

Nothing, everything works fine and support always helps when needed

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the analytics of the tool and the way it can pickup up on certain topics being discussed. I also really like the call feedback functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tbh I haven't really seen any downsides yet if any, I'd be sure to let me someone know if I do in future
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of having to have to take notes while on a call and also allowing reps to get better by relistenjng to their calls and seeing where they can improve. Which was not really possible before a tool like gong

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is great for training purposes. You can see your talk ratios and the call is broken up by topics so you can easily jump to a section you want to review. I also love that I can send the recordings to my customers so they can review our call discussion. I also LOVE the transcripts and how I can search a topic and it will take me to the exact point in the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes after a call with a customer when I am drafting up the follow up email my gong recording takes a while to load. Sometimes I have hour long calls so understandably it will not be instant but I wish the load time was a little quicker so I don't have to wait before sending my folow up email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call recaps to customers. And Gong is helping me improve my skillset in my role by allowing me to review calls.
Gong is the best for chat summaries, AI-assisted call summaries
What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong almost every single day. It is particularly helpful in allowing me to dissect my calls for certain words and phrases. I can really see if I am consistently saying certain things to callers.

Gong is fairly user-friendly. Currently, I don't dislike anything
