What do you like best about the product?
I can review my conversation with my clients and improve my performance in future interactions with them. It also blocks out the names which is good for privacy.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the conversations are not recorded sometimes, even if I permit to record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can identify the mistakes that I make in each interaction. It also determines the talk ratio, which helps to review my performance and improve it.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't work in Sales, I spend my time with all parts of the business instead. Gong allows me to constantly stay in touch with what the Sales team are doing, keeps me informed of what our customers are constantly asking for, and helps me keep the wider company knowledgeable and aware of what the customers are asking for.

Without Gong, I don't think our product teams and marketing teams would truly know what language our customers are using.

Without Gong you have meetings to talk on topics, or you send around full-length Zoom recordings that people don't watch.

With Gong, you send around Gong recordings which take you straight to the key points and turn a 60-minute recording into the 2 minutes you are going to care to watch.

With the Gong Slack integration, you can stay up to date in real-time with what's going on.

Honestly... it's awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up Trackers with keywords can be annoying at times, trying to figure out all the variations of words. But I think the new Smart Tracker tech takes cares of that, I just haven't set it up yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to know everything the customers are saying to our sales reps, helping to spot repeated patterns.
It also helps to keep our product and marketing teams informed straight from source.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to see the stats of the call: who spoke the most, if I listened and let my clients talk, how assertive I was, if I had read my client's needs appropriately, if I made appropriate questions and set valuable action items for the future, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of something I don't like. It surpasses my expectations, and I enjoy the number of things I can do with the tool. Even note-taking is more efficient, and being able to listen to the calls at a quicker pace is spot on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a tool anyone who speaks with clients can benefit from. Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success, even management can make use of it. It complements role-playing sessions by reviewing our own calls with statistics that help you understand how well are you doing, what are your strengths and weaknesses, what can you learn from other teammates by listening to their calls, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Just like athletes watch film, so should we! It only makes sense to go back and watch previous meetings to learn how to approve and see yourself in action. Very big help
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does suck to sit through all of the banter in the calls to find what you need to hear, but it is the name of the game.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to review past calls that I either needed to take notes on or start to develop a better flow to sound more natural.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how you can utilize and break down exactly what you are looking for within a video for work purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike, but I do feel like there is a lot to learn within Gong at times, and that could be a little overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped with referring back to meeting that some things that I have missed which is the best part about utilizing Gong

What do you like best about the product?
Recently, one of my most loved features is the ability to give and request feedback from teammates. It's easy to share a call and they can leave their feedback with timestamps. This is great because it gives you the context of the feedback, allowing you to communicate your thoughts in a sussinct and easy way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the calls have a long delay before getting delivered to your inbox. Occasionally I send over call recording to my customers so having it delivered in a timely manner is important to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting feedback on calls, remembering / revisiting calls, and training purposes by watching other teammates calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic record and documentation is huge. Transcribing is extremely helpful to be able to reference points after the call is concluded. In addition, the historical data is extremely useful. The overall UX is really simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many emails from Gong on different notifications. I realize I can probably tailor this myself but it's a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to share a recording in a clean, seamless way. The ability to record/reference at a later date is extremely useful for customer tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
The call tracking analytics help me improve my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like Gong reminding me to follow up on contacts, that is what my CRM is for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me improve my sales process. I find it very helpful to be able to review calls that I made.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can easily find my calls, the statistics are very usefull too, and the comment section is nice to send something to your supervisor
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have option like my top rated calls, or best calls, and worse one, to see where I did better

I can finally listen to my calls to improve my performance which is very useful. It make me more aware of the points I have to work on, and helps me to understand better what is expected of me.
