Scope to improve the summarizing feature for each of the attendees.

Gonf is very east to use and fairly accurate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can rely on gong for meeting notes and recollecting the conversations as I have back to back meetings.
It help me in drafting meeting notes, sharing meeting recording and getting the summary for future.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how gong can collaborate with a variety of other softwares and systems. It works like hubspot with some better feautures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to organize my pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is my CRM they keep all of my contacts in the correct place, I can set up flows, listen to old phone calls, and even use your AI to make an email to follow up after the call.

It's time saving and helps me review my calls.

The l=user-interface takes time to load.

Gong records and analyzes every sales interaction. It lets me see and hear exactly what’s happening in the calls and how I can improve.

I think one of the best features of Gong is the call overviews that come through after completely client meetings.
Many days I have back to back calls and when I get finished with them it is great to have an organized outline of what I covered in the call so I can take care of my necessary follow up.
I have also seen an increase of clients attending our meetings due to the automated reminders that go out the day of our call.
I use Gong every day in my work flow and it helps keep me organized in a busy work environment.
I wasn't familiar with Gong before I started my current position, but it is quite easy to implement into a daily work plan.

What do you dislike about the product?
A newer aspect that hasn't been my favorite is the quantity of reminder emails that go out the day of my meetings. I have been seeing upwards of 4 reminders to each client going out. I hope this is just a bug and I have been able to downplay it with my clients as an AI over reach, but hopefully this is going to be resolved soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me organized without having to take copious notes during every call, this enables me to really focus on what the clients are saying and allows me to have an organized train of thought when I send out my follow ups.
Best Sales Tool ever!!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is one of the best tools for sales people. It saves me hours of time and I love that it records the calls and takes notes which I can refer to later. It is also super easy to send follow up emails as Gong summarizes the call and key takeaways. The customer support is also very quick and are super helpful.

It can be slightly cumbersome as it is solely relies on Salesforce integration.

What do you like best about the product?
As a CSM, I have multiple calls a day with customers who have varying use cases, challenges, questions and next steps. Often these are back to back so there's not always time to record all of this in detail before going into the next call. Having something as reliable as Gong to record each interaction and quickly understand what my actions are per call is the biggest CSM hack.
I love the follow up email generator. Obviously I cant use it word for word all the time but its a great base and saves a lot of valuable time.
Being able to ask questions about the call is incredibly helpful as well to ensure accuracy in follow up discussions with customers.

We started accumulating a lot of very insightful data, however, the reporting and analytics capabilities are currently limited to exploit that data to its maximum truly.

- Summaries can be inaccurate without technologies like RAG to leverage more internal terms like specific technologies we sell and sell against.
- Needs a bit more innovation, feels like not much has changed since I started using Gong 2 years ago.
