this is THE sales toll
What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me to focus on the conversation, not typing. I am able to be and remain engaged throughout the entirety of any and all sales conversations I'm a part of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take a bit to give the analysis but that is an hour at most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong makes it easy to determine top priorities for the customer be reiterating what they've said.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great product with a great UI. With new AI functionality, it is easy to research accounts and keep a clients' priorities and strategies top of mind. Call analysis remains best in the market. Forecasting is also strong as it connects with Salesforce seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI generated follow-up e-mails could be a bit more thorough and polished.

Coaching, training, feedback, forecasting and research.

It's easy to use, very familiar and intuitive. I love the AI tools since they help keep track of the most important information discussed during meetings.

Gong helps keep track of tasks and sends reminders or new updates of topics that are being discussed.
Great Tool for Sales calls
What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it incredibly easy to review sales calls and identify areas for improvement. The transcription and call recording features are very accurate, and the AI-driven insights provide actionable feedback on talk ratios, customer engagement, and next steps. I especially like the deal tracking capabilities—it helps me stay on top of opportunities and ensures nothing slips through the cracks. Having all conversations centralized also makes collaboration with teammates much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Gong is powerful, the interface can feel overwhelming at times because there are so many features and insights packed into it. The search function for older calls isn’t always as intuitive as I’d like, and sometimes the AI-generated notes miss small context details. Additionally, the learning curve can be steep for new users who aren’t as comfortable navigating dashboards and analytics-heavy tools.

Gong helps solve the challenge of capturing and analyzing sales conversations without relying on memory or manual notes. By automatically recording, transcribing, and analyzing calls, it ensures I never miss important details. It also highlights trends in customer objections, talk ratios, and deal risks, which makes coaching and self-improvement much easier. This saves time, improves call effectiveness, and gives me clear visibility into the health of my pipeline.

The best things about Gong is the ability to have your own feedback loop to listen and understand how well your calls went, where they could be tweaked and what you can do differently next time. I also like the fact that you can use the AI feature to summarise long demos and pick out challenges.

Flows in Gong Engage. It is not flexible to share bulk emails to all contacts.

Gong solves the problem of divided attention during meetings. Instead of juggling note-taking, action tracking, and active listening, I can stay present and focus on the conversation. It also eliminates the “Did I write that down correctly?” worry—everything is transcribed, time-stamped, and searchable.
The benefit is better engagement with clients and teammates, faster and more accurate follow-ups, and a reliable record of what was discussed, even if I miss a detail in the moment. It saves time after meetings and reduces the risk of miscommunication.

Gong gives our team unparalleled visibility into every customer conversation. From pipeline reviews to coaching to strategic deal execution, it’s become central to how we run sales. The insights from Gong help us identify risk early, replicate winning behavior, and align cross-functionally on what’s actually happening in the field. Gong Engage has also helped streamline our prospecting efforts and improve connect rates with timely, personalized outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant comes to mind. Like any platform, there’s a bit of a learning curve at first, but Gong makes it easy to get value quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped us shorten sales cycles, improve onboarding, and increase forecast accuracy. We no longer rely on anecdotal updates — we can see what’s really going on. Our enablement team uses Gong to coach reps more effectively, and our RevOps team uses it to surface trends and improve conversion at each stage of the funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can fully be present in conversation, without having to worry about taking notes. I also love the generate a follow-up email function -this gives me a starting point for my personalized follow-up emails.
I love that it works in multiple languages, so depending on which language I speak, it transcribes very well.
I also love that it is a great coaching tool - I can review my calls to see how I can improve, but also listen to my colleague's calls and learn from them as well. All Self-Serve!

It can sometimes get the names of who is speaking incorrect, but honestly, that happens very rarely on my calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solves the challenge of staying fully present in conversations by capturing insights in real time, freeing me from note-taking and helping ensure I don’t miss important details. I can revisit the notes afterward and better support my customers
