What do you like best about the product?
Gong is my Go-To platform for everything sales. I use it daily to review calls and confirm next steps, since everything is recorded I don't have to take notes during calls and I can focus only on the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the AI voice that says the call is being recorded, but I guess there is no way around it. Although Gong has improved a lot on this, we can now allow Gong to join our call before the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is solving basically everything sales process related, for example, taking notes for next steps, confirming and validating what the customer said, reviewing and coaching sales professionals.

Coaching - gong allows for granular coaching of my Solutions team.

I can't fully trust the voice to text feature (transscript)

Coaching my solutions team with real life examples. It's an invaluable tool for my 1:1 meetings
Great source of truth
What do you like best about the product?
In most cases, it's a one-screen workflow. As a CSM when looking at a customer's health, engagement is a clear indication of good health. Gong not only allows me to see recent engagements and alerts me to lack thereof, but it also allows me to see the context of emails and even jump to a recent call if need be. The ability to prioritize by ARR and upcoming renewals with insight from recent conversations and the integration with Salesforce, which allows me to update next steps instead of jumping to another application, makes the tool extremely valuable and a must for productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some fields, such as forecasting, are view-only and can't be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity, accountability, retention, engagement.
Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to see the length of time each participant is speaking and overview of filler words mentioned. Great way to review your own calls as well as other calls (especially ones recorded before you've joined the company)
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript isn't always accurate, making it harder to summarise notes. It'd be great for the platform to pick up various accents and take that into consideration when transcibing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong provides me with the tools I need to better my sales approach and calls. It's a great platform that I use to reflect on prospects/client calls whilst making note of how to work better or more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to listen to a full deal cycle of a more experienced colleague and learn their mannerisms as they engage a prospect. Then being able to find points of the discussion by topic is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a big fan of the fact that I need an internet connection to listen. I wish I could download the entire call to my cell so that I can listen while walking in areas without cell coverage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me with my speed to ramp to a full quota and be able to have in-depth technological discussions based on what I hear my remote teammates using in their calls.

I love that we can record our calls - It is very beneficial for remote work because sometimes we miss a few things here and there. I also love the transcribe module. It is like having captions while watching yourself
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if I can think of one yet, but one thing I wish was a feature is to upload videos without the whole company seeing it. I think it might be an option but I noticed I can only upload in the front page

Going back to calls and seeing what I missed or need to re-visit in that work meeting. Another great option is being able to watch recordings in one place just in case I have to be out of office during the time.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong lets me be a fly on a wall to hear what my customers are saying about us, what they love, and where they're facing issues. Setting up alerts as an advocacy pro makes it easy to get alerted when a customer is gushing over us to hit up an impromptu act of advocacy and find the next great testimonial.
Gong also makes it easy to ramp quicker. Starting a new company you can just head into gong and learn super quick how you product is being pitched, what's working and what doesn't.

Honestly, nothing really. Gong does what it says it will and does it well.

Voice of the customer. Gong is helping us to know what's going on with our customers and ensure that the wider organization has a way to listen in and gain insights from that voice.
More than just a library of calls
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is super helpful in that it's not only a library for my company's calls, it also allows me to listen to them on the go. I rewatch demos/discos while I'm on the treadmill, listen to calls when I'm driving, and really love the feature where I can make playlists and save filters for the calls that best pertain to my needs. Gong also helps with personal improvement by providing me with an organized list of my own calls to review and emails me when meetings I've scheduled have gone off to make sure I can easily get my hands on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is that it often miswrites words in the audio-to-text feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped me ramp up in a new sales role to hear my own calls and reference others' to learn from. It helps me realize the average length of BDR's monologues on calls and to reference for my own. I also love that there is a way to search different topics I want to hear mentioned in calls to learn more about.
