Helps to learn the products we offer and be able to review what we can improve on.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to watch others pitch the product, picking up product knowledge, and the sales techniques they use to improve my own. It's also nice being able to share videos with customers so they can share it with the decision makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like being watched by others on my performance. It adds pressure as I feel like I'm being micromanaged and everything I say is being scrutinized. I also don't like to hear myself talk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the lack of product knowledge by watching others demo the products. I also have a gap in how I present, so being able to watch others that do it well is very helpful.
Easy access and great speech to text feature
What do you like best about the product?
Call tracks, speech to text and call recording with the scripts and ease to share specific sections of a scripted conversation internally and externally with customer
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to get Gong in google meetings manually, I haven't seen an option to do so, it is only done automatically but sometimes it doesn't join a call/meeting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call tracking and management. Easy to ready accurate speech to text feature for my team and the leadership team, it helps with quality purposes related to calls
My Experience with Gong for the Past Year
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Gong is the ease of use. I can quickly search past calls whether I was in attendance or not, and share them with others if needed very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike in my opinion. Main thing for any software is ease of use and this is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of potentially missing vital information in a meeting that impacts your job. I take notes at times but when I do it can be hard to keep up pending how much info is being shared in the meeting. Gong removes the need to try and remember and capture everything during a meeting because you can go back anytime and relisten to the conversation and skip through to the parts you need to hear.
Amazing software with exceptional quality and detail
What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows us as a company to listen back and view details we might have missed in the initial call or discovery. It is an exceptional tool that allows us to track and stay ahead of KPI's.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing to complain about Gong, the user interface is amazing and there is nothing that needs to be changed. Gong has been an exceptional tool. No complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned previously, Gong allows us as a team to go back and listen to details we might have missed in the initial call. It also allows us to track and measure what stage a deal is at.
Seamless recording with great analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Easily able to view call recordings, review analytics like talk time (and it gives you actionable feedback), and access a searchable transcript
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I can think of is the fact that it starts recording immediately when you join. I suspect that's user error on my part though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking during a call, looking back on what was discussed during a call (quickly finding info thanks to the searchable transcript), seeing call analytics
It gives you a chance to listen to your calls.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about Gong is that there is a scoring page where the Teammate has the chance to score the calls that she/he did. only by searching the Facility name you can trace your call and have it listened to reflect what you did.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Gong is that the Inbound call was not recorded if the phone number that the customer was using is not registered to the sales loft. So it was hard to trace the call and check the script that you did.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it would be the script. While you listened to the call you have, you also have the chance to look out at the script and check your grammar and the questions on how effective it was to the call.
Gong has given me the ability to thrive with my teammates!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to hear some situational responses from my team that they may not be able to clearly communicate how they approached that situation outside of the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could filter activities to see calls for only sold deals in a set period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure! But I bet they've got it figured out.
Gong makes selling easier
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Gong is the way multiple styles of learning can use it. You can listen to recording (multiple speeds), or look at transcript, search, set up auto searches, and it even reminds you about follow ups you may want to do with prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly? That I am not using all the features. Which is on me, not Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong lets me be totally focused on the client as I know I can miss something in note taking and capture it later via Gong.
Best way to share recordings as a CSM
What do you like best about the product?
The insights for every call is really helpful as a csm. It shows me were I talked too much and thats how I am improving

Honestly theres nothing i dislike. One of my favourite products

I didn't like the email reminder feature when it changed last week - but it seems enough people reported an issue and its back to how it was before

I am not forced to remember every little detail on a call. Can easily review
