What do you like best about the product?
How I get my calls all recorded and can analyze the whole conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a little while after the call to get the transcript of it. I wish it was faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can go back to all my calls whenever I need and I can see what clients I need to touch base with first based on their ARR - among other benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to review calls with text written out and time spoken is key. It provides me a chance to really dig into my pitches and figure out how to best present to get opps down the pipe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something Gong cant control, it takes a lot of time to run through calls again and again. Going through my own along with other colleagues and providing coaching and feedback is time consuming. Being able to speed up calls helps a bit, having the text out is great. I think Gong has attacked the problem best they could and make it as easy as I could possibly imagine for these tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent growth and development. Figuring out what I can do differently in my sales process to improve conversion rates across the sales cycle. It also helps with notes and going back to check what the prospect said and get accurate notes for follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have nothing in place like Gong, you absolutely need it. NO brainer.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is an amazing tool, where in my role it is great to add resources for colleagues
What do you dislike about the product?
1 thing i believe needs improvements, would be that when you import content, you are able to name 'caller 1', 'caller 2', etc. Making imports more user friendly

Provides a platform to share and comment on recordings that support our training

What do you like best about the product?
Using Gong to revisit calls as both prep for next touchpoints, as well as to share great questions and feature requests with our product teams has been great. Having full recordings of calls has been very helpful for self-improvement, and makes it very easy to bring teammates up to speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics and coaching, as well as the transcripts, are very hit or miss - I find sometimes the tool inaccurately lists who said what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong improves call performance, enables a full view of customer needs and concerns, and increases productivity across the team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an invaluable tool for our day to day work!

What do you like best about the product?
Allows you to listen to all the calls from your team, and uses AI to look for key topics and areas that they need to improve. You can use call transcripts to avoid note-taking so your reps focus on what matters most: the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with your current systems can get a bit tricky. Also for reps that have bad habits, implementing the tool can produce a negative sentiment about how their work is going to be evaluated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us greatly in Sales Enablement because you can share easily with your new hires how good looks like with real-life examples. You can listen to calls that target a particular pain point your team is currently having and monitor if they are improving after a coaching session.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure all your systems, CRM, email services, etc are compatible with Gong so you can use it to the fullest potential.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool give you real-time experience to learn listening to your colleagues how they approach roadblocks from customers or challenges that may occur. If oi can not attend a meeting you can always go back and listen to the meeting on GONG. you don't need a write-up from a colleague. I highly recommend this tool is the best I've seen in a long time
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge is that if there are multiple calls they are not all in the same area it's dates so you might have to hunt around for follow-ups
I would love to see them all connected together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1st it solves for training salespeople and engineers and leadership as to any gaps in the employee or where they can help the coach to succeed. It also helps sales reps if they can't attend the actual call they can go back and listen and offer additional support to the client.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can review all recorded meetings including any screen sharee and any shared chats & links (only on zoom though, not yet on google meets).
What do you dislike about the product?
The announcer is loud and oftentimes talks over a conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tagging action items and creating snippets is pretty useful. It's also great for creating video-recorded tutorials and workshops to share later.

I'm new in my role and Gong allows me to speed up my training by hearing previous calls that cover similar topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike.

Improved training effectiveness, maintaining a library of topics.

Forget shadowing calls

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Gong is being able to shadow the orgs best content. For us, we have several great calls saved to represent the entire sales cycle, verticals, and specific technologies mentioned. Gong creates a self-sufficient training and enablement portal for reps to consume content with ease. You can download the Gong app and listen to calls similar to the way you can listen to a podcast. Brilliant!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing that could improve (and I'm sure it will over time) is the transcripts. Would love to be able to copy and paste portions of the call without fear that the AI isn't perfect. Other than that - no other downsides! There are so many functionalities that cover all areas I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Listening to my organizations best practices and hearing it multiple times over from different people and with different styles. Gong helps me learn at my own pace and pick up where I left off.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is useful if you are looking to avoid the "lone wolf" mentality in your sales org.
