Huge asset and super valuable!
What do you like best about the product?
Simply having access to all my calls being recorded into Gong is one thing. But the analytics that are also provided in order to improve talk-tracks, habits and more are invaluable!
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, nothing that I can consider to be monumental.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to review calls and go back to what the prospect might have said that helps me to speak more clearly to their problems.
very easy to use and a great tool for reviewing calls. Great way to improve your own sales skills

reviewing calls and going back to listen to missed information. i like that the conversation is color coded so you can go directly to important things you want to review. It is very good at identify who is speaking in conversations and when key words come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes calls don't show up or there or there is a delay. sometimes hard to find certain calls. I feel like we also get too many marketing emails from gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
improve sales skills by analyzing my own calls as well as others. good to go back and find missed information. It has helped me become a better salesman but analyzing my mistakes or flaws and also by listening to other sales people it has helped me pick up some useful tips .

What do you like best about the product?
Having calls and videos recorded for demonstration purposes has been absolutely instrumental in my development as an account executive. Hearing feedback from a peer is one thing, but listening to yourself and critiquing yourself has provided as much or more value than any feedback I've ever had!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the videos don't get recorded for some reason. The interface can be confusing at first, but after a few uses I got the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First hand evaluation of myself. I know what I'm supposed to say, however things don't always work out how I want them during the call so it's beneficial for me to reflect back and see what opportunities I may have missed.
The feedback feature is great also, because peers can send you feedback and it is timed with the conversation itself so you know exactly what they are talking about

The ability to identify key discussion points in a conversation.

The time it takes for the Gong calls to sync over so I can send them to AE's.

Talk tracks, it's easy to review and see what works.

What do you like best about the product?
The transcriptions and speed variations are amazing and super helpful, it helps me save time and stay on top of what's going on with my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything I dislike!

It's so much easier to quickly look back through calls to recall information I didn't get the change to write down during the call, or maybe wrote down incorrectly. It's also great for training and super easy to use.

Some features can be complicated to use.

Gong has been a valuable tool within our customer success organization. It allows us to review our own calls and calls we may have missed, calls that our sales team has had with clients, etc. But more importantly, has allowed us to share feedback with our colleagues and mark important points in calls in a much more streamlined way.

I like that it shows me how much I talked vs the other person on the line. I also love how it transcribes next steps in my sales call

I use it to listen to other colleagues calls. I actually use it more for that than my own calls for training purposes

I love the transcription feature of Gong, as well as the ability to refer back to important calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the voice that chimes in at beginning of calls can be delayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a client relations perspective, Gong is great for making sure you are following up with everything you promised. As well as, referring back to calls to improve on in the future.
Gong is fantastic for transcribing and call review!

Being able to speed up conversations to listen more effectively, also the segmentation of calls based on what is being discussed

There is almost nothing that I don't like about gong. Gong is the perfect tool for what it does, stores my calls and notes perfectly.

It allows me to review calls in detail and pick up on things that I might have missed in my notes. Additionally, allows me to recap on calls I might not have been able to attend.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can search by team and individual. If I ant to learn what is working for other SDRs, I am able to segment out those call and listen in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I still can;t hear the recording on the prospect's end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold Call Training. It's an easy, 1-stop shop for all call within our company that I am able to review.
