What do you like best about the product?
Transcripts, built in score cards, trackers
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcripts aren't perfect

Allows me to quickly read transcripts/listen to team members calls

What do you like best about the product?
I love how not only are all your calls immediately available to reference, but they can be shared and accessed anytime. There are so many useful uses for Gong.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the mp3 link is least useful as I never seem to be able to get that to work. I'm not sure why it's there, but it doesn't affect the overall experience of using Gong for myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't think of any problems that Gong is having aside from the mp3 link not working. Regardless, I've never had issues with the size of the less compressed file and accessing it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's one of the best tools for refining calls/quality control/taking notes for a call. It's a fantastic tool that many more companies should be using.

Call transcriptions & key words! Really cool alert feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all to my knowledge! I'm not a primary user though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as a record of calls as opposed to notes, which can vary a lot between people.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how there are bars that show who is speaking. Very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an SDR, this isn't as useful as it would be for an AE. I see the value for an AE but SDRs don't need it as much as an AE would.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are human, we miss important details when having a conversation with anybody. The fact that we can get back to a conversation is important and necessary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're in a position where you need to go back and relisten to calls/conversations, use Gong.

What do you like best about the product?
Many things like the transcription are accurate. The sound recording is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
We call Spanish-speaking people. The transcription doesn't work there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving my company keywords we use to sell the product we have.

What do you like best about the product?
Being onboarded remotely is tough. Seeing colleague's sales calls & internal sessions via Gong has helped ramp me up in only a few weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is sometimes customer are curious about the recording notetaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp time. I've been able to ramp up much quicker by seeing colleague's sales calls & even reviewing my own pitches.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to understand how long the AE and the customer have been talking, and how all calls and video calls interactions are saved on the same channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Audio transcription almost never works correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To improve my pitch as a sales development representative I need a tool like Gong to watch the meetings I've booked for my executives.

What do you like best about the product?
Best sales coaching tool (with Hubspot) that I have ever used. Loved every bit of it. We also have really good customer service. If you lead a sales team, and you want it to be 10x better, use Gong
What do you dislike about the product?
They could do more training for both sales managers and the teams. Also automatic integration with teams, hangouts and zoom when invited customer side

Coaching my sales team
Having usefull notes and real life examples of what happened in an interaction with a client

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to review my own calls for one- but being able to watch AE demos to better my understanding of the product, personas and sales cycle
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet to be honest - its been great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A place to review my misakes in calls - have a 1 on 1 with my manager to see where i can improve
