Has become an amazing source for my continuous training and learning
What do you like best about the product?
It's not only going to allow me to listen back to myself and grow from there but is also allowing me to learn from others and my colleagues! By listening in to their calls and demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does freeze sometimes! And I do wish there was also an option for a full-screen mode, at the moment the full screen is still limited around the edges and doesn't take the whole screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to feedback to each other on calls by listening back to the recordings. It has also allowed me to train on-demand rather than waiting for my colleagues to have a call that I can shadow. Too many of us sitting on live customer calls doesn't come across well for the customer so instead - listening to the recording and being able to pause etc it's amazing. There are so many benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is definitely the way forward, I'd be surprised if anyone isn't already using something like this and Gong has definitely taken it to the next level by allowing transcripts, keyword searches. Audio breakdowns of each person talking etc etc !
Amamzing insight about the Calls
What do you like best about the product?
The transcription leads to meaningful insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is little slow in response.When we open the tool it does not load properly sometimes, so we have to wait in order to get the call details and provide feedback to the optimizer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can directly deliver the feedback by looking at the transcripts.
Hard to work without Gong!
What do you like best about the product?
moving around a call based on who is speaking, searching the transcript for key words, being able to go back and find information that i did not write down. call sharing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcripts are a little off, but probably similar quality to other transcribing tools. Would be cool to create a playlist, like you would in Spotify etc. You can mark videos as "watch later" but it just makes a list on the home page that you can watch one at a time. maybe i am overlooking a feature that already exists!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
enables me to find a communicate information to best serve clients. saves time that i can give back to customers and team. learning from other team members by watching their calls.
Excellent for reviewing calls and sharing with colleagues.

So far, I haven't found anything that I dislike, except the call transcribing could be a bit more accurate.

Gong helps me stay sharp by being able to listen to my own calls and sharing them with colleagues for feedback.

Gong is the most multi functional sales tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Gong and use it daily as a Sales Account Executive. It so essential for learning a new role/tech at a new company by listening to the top reps calls. It's so help to be able to look back at my calls to learn from mistakes for growth or to help perfect my calls. The ability to share calls with leaders who are not able to attend a demo is so efficient for everyone!

I wish the user interface was a bit more organized and intuitive.

Professional development and being able to easily listen back to my calls in a siloed space!
Perfect for creating customer content
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to look back at the recording of a call I've had with a customer and being able to easily use the transcript to help with customer content like case studies, testimonials, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't encountered anything that I don't like about Gong so far; Possibly just that I hadn't had the chance to use it before until I joined my current company.

Gong is helping our marketing and sales teams to keep track of all of our various interactions with both prospects and customers. We rely heavily on the recorded content to help accelerate our deals, create additional content, and more.
A must-have for SAAS companies
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly find recorded calls between customers and colleagues is tremendously valuable. I can quickly catch up on what has been discussed and find relative portions of those discussions and not waste time reviewing portions that aren't relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is missing. It's a complete solution that has all of the key features you'd expect from enterprise software. My organization relies on it to help move our business forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides you insight into each of your customer conversations, both through the sales process and with ongoing engagements. It helps our employees be more effective with their time in reviewing previous discussions.

There is no better solution out there that I've tried.
Amazing sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very smart and easy to search for topics with conversations. You can search through old conversations and see transcripts of where you discussed certain topics. SUPER helpful for sales reps who want to re-listen to certain parts of the call to see if they missed any notes
What do you dislike about the product?
The timeline at the top is a bit of an eye sore, but it makes sense logically. Would be nice to have the video replay show the participants faces and reactions too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes notes for me and allows me to review discovery calls prior to demos. It also speeds up onboarding of new reps since they can watch top reps do discos.demos
Gong is something I've never used before and is quite incredible!

I love having the ability to filter conversations by subjects or topics. The transcripts are super helpful.

Honestly there really isnt anything I dislike or at least that I have come across yet.

Having the ability to go back over past conversations and search through transcripts for discussed topics rather than just sifting through recorded calls.

Gong is solving the main problem of forward progression and skill development when it comes to the sales team. We can review all types of calls to see areas of improvement along with celebrating our wins
