Gong has changed how I work with customers!

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is super helpful and eliminates the need for me to take notes while on a call so I can focus on really listening to my client. I also love the takeaways during analysis that help me improve on future calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of times Gong gets the words wrong. It also doesn't often map the people to the voices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to get all of the details from a call instead of scrambling to take notes and missing things. I'm able to better follow up with my clients and give them everything they need.

Ability to relisten to calls and pinpoint areas for improvement in an efficient manner.

The AI translation could use some refining - it's not tremendously valuable at the moment.

Gong is a great tool for training!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it transcribe my calls so I can always go in and figure out what someone was saying if it is hard to hear. Great for training as well because you can hear where you're losing on deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Some problems with all calls not being logged but might be more of an integration issue than a gong one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to provide better coaching and do better self reflection of calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can go over the calls I have done. And listen to other reps calls to see how I can improve my processes and pitches.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is to find certain reps calls and filtering could improve a little bit more I think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to improve my pitches and my call flows. Being able to listen to other reps calls and take from what they're doing great and also getting new ideas to implement in my calls to try out. Also I can see how fast I talk when i'm on the phones and where to slow down. The common words I normally use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using Gong to improve yourself as a rep to be able to understand and see how you sound. As well as take great things from other reps that are being successful in their roles if you're trying to achieve the same type of success. You can download the calls onto your computer also and listen if you're not at work to practice at home.

Sometimes the transcript is not right, but great to listen as well.

Focus more on my call about client rather then notes as I can have a more organic conversation
