Gong is a great for reviewing calls. It is a must have for a sales team!

What do you like best about the product?
Listening to sales calls and being able to search key words said.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel overwhelming all the content & things you can do but that is good because it has more complexity for those that need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting better at sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that's really important to listen how was my performance in the calls. And with GONG a get to know what I need to improve and what was positive in my talk with the customers. It's an intuitive tool and since the first day, I didn't have difficulties using.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any point that I dislike with GONG
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need someone sending me the recording of my calls, with GONG as soon as I finish my call I can already evaluate and hear what was said and see my performance

It's too simple, intuitive and easy for using

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to search calls for specific phrases, search by prospect or account, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would add would be a feature that highlights calls from across the org that the AI identifies as having a lot of green flags. There are so many great conversations and nuggets, but they're often lost in the sheer volume of calls unless someone manually calls them out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playback, note taker, sales enablement

What do you like best about the product?
I use gong daily. We use it to record all of our calls and to review calls being handed off by other team members. I use the transcript function all the time and love the commenting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike as of yet! It's a pretty straightforward product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time + giving insight on calls I can't be on before going into the next one. It is a part of my daily process

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows users to go back and understand calls, while also providing helpful quick insights about topic categories, keywords, speaker %, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The spelling and voice to text is sometimes not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking manual notes while listening to prospects on a call.

What do you like best about the product?
The transcription feature, keywords, analytics and the way you can view your recordings
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't edit transcript - sometimes I want to copy and paste the text so being able to fix it in-app would help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all of my sales calls and video recordings. The keywords, topics and transcription is awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps capture all the calls and video meets. Going back and reviewing the calls are made simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the calls dont appear in Gong as fast as I would like them to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me and my team to go back and review any calls or meetings to grasp the information.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to view and update your pipeline. Provides helpful nudges like 'you might want to check in with x person' or 'you haven't discussed pricing here in 2 weeks' so you don't miss anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to fill 40 characters here but there is honestly nothing not to like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) time spent updating pipeline, 2) visibility into true risk, 3) understanding what top performers are doing, 4) insight into my own performance, i.e. am i talking too much, asking enough questions etc?
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend the time to learn how to use Gong and what it can do - don't just use it to watch back calls as you'll miss most of the value.

Great automated call recording

What do you like best about the product?
Automatically records Zoom calls, do not need to switch it on at the beginning of the call. Easy to find recordings again in Gong.
What do you dislike about the product?
When adding the Zoom invite just before the meeting starts, then the recording only starts a few minutes later, unfortunately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Records client calls so I can go back and listen to the conversation again and also share it with the clients (so their team members who were not available can watch the call)
