What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Gong is being able to hear the call firsthand. This helps with training and improving my customer service skills. I have actually never used another system so I have no comparison.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike. It is very user-friendly. I wish I had something else to give but works well for me. No need to change anything. No improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is solving any issues with customer service skills. I am not benefiting financially except by making myself better in return my work will show for itself. Yes, because I can hear if I missed or excelled at something.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Gong because it is easy to use.

Great way to learn from your peers

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have the opportunity to watch calls i would never get the chance to see and continuously learn from my peers
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i find it hard to find the content I want to see if its older.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows to to see unique perspectives and ideas from my colleagues. It also allows me to get feedback and ask for help regarding specific calls I have been on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start using it now! Its a super great product to keep everyone aligned across teh org with the ability to have visibility into what is happening on calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it Gong is to use, as well as the insights it provides. It has been so valuable to access both the recorded video as well as the transcript when creating enablement materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It works so well and I honestly don't think there is anything missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized many benefits, such as the titles and names of the people in the recorded video talking.

Utilize all that it has to offer!

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to review playlists to help speed up my ramp period. Super easy to receive coaching from my manager for my calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript is sometimes off, and can be better improved for accurate text, not a major issue though for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm often finding opportunities I may have otherwise missed soleyl relying on my written notes. I've also improved my own presentations by being able to easily review previous calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Most robust tool of all the conference recording tools in my experience.

Easiest Call Tracking out there

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy for my self to swift through my calls and find the right one. I love how i can track how much my I speak so that I can work on splitting the talk to listen times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to find a colleague's call or use key works to find the calls. Overall I don't have any issues with Gong and use it daily. I review my calls also weekly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefit by far is that I get to relisten to calls. I am focused on talking with our customer and sometimes can miss a detail or don't want to write everything down. Makes it very efficient

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Gong the best is the analytics behind each call as the insights are great from a self-improvement standpoint for self-coaching. The other aspect I love is the ability to share calls externally with customers as this can truly help progress along a deal cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to integrate with google hangout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I love how efficiently I can get through recordings while being able to find everything I need. The features were really well thought out and it's always a very positive experience. I'm always thinking "wow Gong was so thoughtful to build this feature".
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. It would be nice if the foreign language translation tool automatically translated for me. Transcriptions could be more accurate as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding what our users want. I listen to calls our sales team have with users to understand why they use us and what their pain points are. I love how efficiently I can do that yet still get so much granularity.

Amazing for product marketing managers

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to jump into any call recording to listen to what our customers are telling us about their issues, how different messages are landing in the market, and for any best practices that we need to spread out to the rest of the team. I can do it on the light rail from my phone on the way into work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if my tags are working correctly from the mobile app when I leave a comment. Don't feel like I have a good grasp on any analytics if they are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our first outbound sales motion was created this quarter, and I needed to see if our SDRs were pitching it correctly, how the offer is landing. after listening to a few calls I was able to tweak the message and help assist SDRs with objections that came up.

Do it. It makes your life so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using gong to e able to listen to my calls to be able to get better as an account specialist and to be able to provide the best service possible to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I can think of that I do not like. The whole system is beneficial to me and my team. We listen to one another's calls as well for tips and tricks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think we are solving any breakdowns in the way that we present what we offer and our service to customers overall. We are able to always evaluate and create best practices.
