What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the calls is excellent. We here at Tackle and I personally have never had an issue with the quality of the calls. They are identical to the zoom video quality and upload immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is going well, not exactly sure what pricing is but would definitely recommend Gong to any other Orgs interested. Transcription works well too. Thanks!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a lot of internal call and communications problems within our different teams. This gives all teams insight to each others calls and aspects of our conversations.
Since using Gong, I have never stopped recommending it.
What do you like best about the product?
As a demand generation marketer, I love that I can receive notifications whenever a prospect mentions something relative to the work I have done. For example, I get to hear our prospects talk to our salesmen about our website. That is extremely insightful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say at this point that there is no problem I have with Gong. I have no advice on how to make the product better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get key insights from customers and prospects on how I can create better content to drive demand. I know what questions they are asking, what they are looking for on our website, what content they want to consume, and more.
Anyone that is in the sales or consulting business, this software is needed!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything is recorded and set up for you to see the amount of people percentage the prospect was talking to and how much were you. So you can see if they are interested or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot say much about any dislike. I do know when I was working for ADP and doing some cold calls, not all calls were recorded like in Michigan or Illinois. And those 2 states were my territory. But I understand that there's laws that you need to obey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A huge benefit is I don't need to go through a 2 or 3-month training program. Everything is set up for me in gong. Not the training aspect but listening to calls. You can see what is a good call and what isn't a good call. Even with the standard 2-weeks. I knew the product within a couple days of listening to gong calls, which our software can be very complex if you are new to the industry like me, inside and out

Seeing calls real time and being able to coach and provide feedback on the fly or post call.

I can't say that there's anything i truly dislike about it.

Gong has completely changed the way we sell.
What do you like best about the product?
Love the libraries, score carding, and integrations. It works perfectly with Salesforce and Outreach and provides deep insights we would never have without the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning the filter system on the calls tab has a learning curve and you might need your Salesforce Admin to help create the filters. They are based on Gong & CRM fields so you need to know what you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the huge problem of needing to record our sales conversations. We manually recorded in Zoom before Gong and Gong has totally streamlined the process. The insights and analytics have provided Huge gains in understanding our sales cycle.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gong will provide value beyond what you would expect for a "recording tool". It is much more than that & we have seen Vast improvements in how we approach selling.
Ease of maintaining customer relationships!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to review previous calls from customers especially if I may have missed something in my notes. I can review the questions again and make sure I communicate all action items to the customer. I also love the notifications about follow-up emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a section for any recurring meetings. I love being able to see my calls; however, I sometimes want to be able to view by recurring meeting or group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am sometimes too busy to recall what every customer call consisted of, so the ability to review calls is solving that issue for me. I am less foggy about customer details and it has helped me remain organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in need of organizing your meetings and allowing review by others for enablement purposes, I highly recommend it!

I love the ability to listen to previous interactions with my clients as well as search for keywords.

It would be great if you could rate calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a CSM, it is very helpful to be able to listen to calls done with the client during the sales process so that I can come better prepared for my calls with them.
