Great resource for rewatching/relistening to meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
Love that Gong allows for me to go back and listen to prior calls between myself and my customers as well as listen to counterparts' calls as well for further development and insight.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, there isn't really anything that I don't like about the platform or tool. It's currently functioning exactly how I need it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to recap a meeting more quickly than having to relisten to an entire call. Being able to skip ahead and see the breakdown of speakers is really helpful in my day to day.

I enjoy the deals page that shows the last time you spoke with client and next touchpoint.

I don't love how it's not retroactive up to the minute.

Gong is really great. It helps me to be more conscious of how I'm using my time as well as the customer's during meetings.

Nothing! Gong is very transparent in telling the customer ahead of time about what to expect so no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to solve the problem of too much filler words and topics in my conversations. This has led to higher productivity and business performance

I can watch videos recorded by the best salespeople without having to arrange sit-ins on their calls

So good for improving sales performance. You can even integrate it with Salesforce and then filter by deals that have closed and watch the sales videos related to those deals. Would highly recommend.

Not being able to see who internally has listened to my calls, also the ability to hide calls I don't want others to watch.

Excellent tool for Learning and Deal Management!
What do you like best about the product?
Super helpful for managing deals and keeping track of action items following the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to see my team's statistics, it would be nice to benchmark against my colleagues!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the core benefits i've realised is my ability to take better notes as a result of Gong!
Gong pushes me to put in my best and then return to determine how to do even better the next time.

I appreciate the capability to come back and assess my cadence, and percentage of talking time, and determine more effective ways to tackle my meetings next time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I won't deny that scrutinizing myself via the Gong Platform isn't the most comfortable experience, but that has more to do with the pain of making progress than issues with Gong. Great product!

Gong helps my team stay accountable to what conversations actually occurred, but more importantly: it forces me to figure out ways to be better at engaging potential customers.

Ordering and managing calls are not very straightforward and easy. That could be improved

Gong is essential for remote onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gong captures my whole conversation with a customer and then I can go back, grab any notes I might have missed, take parts of those conversations and send them across my org and to my clients. Gong truly makes it easier for new sellers to learn the pitch and quickly get up to speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I love the transcription feature on Gong, it's typically inaccurate and requires a human to make sense of the data. I'm sure this will only get better over time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending customer feedback across the org. Taking notes more effectively during calls. Identifying customer pain points and sharing them with product teams. Sending call follow-ups has become extremely simple and easy with Gong!
