What do you like best about the product?
the fact that we can use hashtags to be able to have team members self identify for themselves where they have good calls or bad calls. Gives a lot of insights for team members to be able to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as live as it could be, as well as it's not picking up every call that we're doing. I also think that there needs to be something where it gives calls right at first glance a better way to digest why it's picking those calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't really used it that much because it's not tied into our grading system or our salesforce rendition, so it's hard to tie it to team member opportunities

-Ease of use -Keywords that tell me about opportunities and challenges

What do you dislike about the product?
Would love a proactive assistant to optimize my trackers and make recommendations.

Makes Everyday Easier with Customers and the Team
What do you like best about the product?
All the features are amazing. The ability to share clips is great. I like that you can expire a video link with a customer too. Adds urgency. Transcript is something I use often. Being able to go in and just search for something that was said helps a lot and saves time to get to a specific part of a video. The analytics blows my mind. Being able to see statistics on talk tracks, time, ratio, patience, and just knowing if you or the customer is talking more is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing honestly. Gong always impresses me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me personally, Gong allows me to analyze how I speak with customers. How often I talk or let them speak. How quick I talk after they talk, etc. It's very intuitive and I love it!

I dont like too much the clicking to get information b ut other than that, its great.

The way you can share and review based on preview analysis is that's gongs delivered to you. You can find punctual errors and practice for a better pitch in next time if the client.
The feature of sharing to receive feedback it's amazing for me and my team because every call recorded we create a routine to discuss to understand what could be better or share good sentences, impact phrases etc...

What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately all gong stuff it's focused on sales, I'm a manager of Customer Experience, so many of my calls isn't linked to an opportunity or a possibility of winning money. So it's little tuff to feel safe using the software. But only this, I think gong could have a few "skins" or "templates" of visualizations to bring what could be better for each area that uses gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned, we can understand our pitch and give the chance to other persons to contribute to your professional growth and we develop a better way to communicate with the client.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is perfect for reviewing your sales calls and providing feedback to the team. It has so many helpful features like the assistant, to help you keep deals fresh.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a native English speaker so I do have an accent. I noticed that the transcription is not very good for me, but it works perfectly for my team mates that are native English speakers. But this is not really a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping me record and keep track of my sales calls, while I can ask and provide feedback for my team. You can even see in which sales calls the name of a competitor was mentioned.

Provide as much feedback as you can for your team
Extremely resourceful, and easy to use!

No downsides that I've encountered, great tool!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality - how easy it is to use, the filters for each conversation, how you can click into different topics. I think it's a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to find the correct call you're looking for. This may be more on my admin's side than the Gong team.

Enablement, becoming better at pitching, learning more about my teammates and company.

Easy to watch recorded videos so I can improve

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gong literally captures my whole conversation with a customer and then I can go back, grab any notes I might have missed, take snippets of conversations and send them across my org from different departments. Never thought I'd like a call recording system but it truly makes my life easier at work. And now that I'm in an enablement role, it makes my life truly easier as I can capture conversations where customers are struggling and I don't have to stop to take notes during the conversation to pass on to a CSM - It's all recorded and the CSM can listen at their convenience. So many helpful ways that Gong makes life easier across all departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I think the metrics aren't exact but it's not an exact science to analyze every single call so it's not a huge deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note Taking, Sending customer comments across the org, capturing customer pain points to share across the org, sending call follow-ups without needing to detail out every single talking point. Literally making my day job easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No real advice. I love the platform so much more than I liked using the Chorus platform and would choose Gong if I were the decison maker.
