Amazing tool for customer insights!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to look back at customer calls to take notes, so I can fully participate in my calls with the assurance that I won't miss any important details.

Gong has also been helpful in sharing insights with my product and leadership teams. These teams don't get to interact with customers as often as I do – the ability to send specific snippets of videos has been an incredibly effective way to transmit un-biased customer feedback to my internal stakeholders.

They seem to have great customer service, too, though the product is intuitive enough that I haven't needed to use it much.
What do you dislike about the product?
The play/pause functionality is finicky. If I pause a video for 10 minutes or longer and then press Play, the video often won't play again. Even refreshing the page doesn't work – I have to log out, log back in, and find the video all over again.

The transcript of the calls is also fairly off – it works well enough that I can search for a keyword and usually find the section I want to review, but the voice-to-text yields some weird results.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to listen to different calls to get better at sales. Also listening to my own calls helps out a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres really not much to dislike. I like how everything works. There are a lot of filters that can get confusing sometimes

What do you like best about the product?
Call analysis makes reviewing calls incredible easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing immediately jumps out as dis-likable. The software is very well realized
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording calls to review after the fact with the team. Acts as the source of truth of the state of any current deal and provides visibility to our entire sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to revisit calls I found success or failure on. I also allows me to put myself back into the conversation more quickly on my follow up calls

I don't think there is anything to dislike. It is really all upside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't run into any issues. The benefits allow me to be more present in my future calls and remember more from the older ones

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can really hear yourself and hear the filler words you use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Some states don't call record but it's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can hear myself. If I forget what a client said, I can go back and listen to the call and see.

Easy to use and very friendly

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to review my past calls.
Gong also splits the audio timeline per participant, which makes it much easier to review calls.
We also use it for learning purposes, when new employees listen to senior calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is highly useful and user friendly, nothing much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call history. Documenting what was discussed. Training. Peer review

I can review the calls made by my team members for service improvement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gong is great for peer review and sharing.
We use it for our internal calls as well for recording clients' and Sales calls.
The using teams are Sales/SDR and Customer Success.

There's honestly nothing that I dislike about it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's integrated with Salesforce and the fact that it automatically picks up key words and phrases is truly impressive. The text-to-speech feature is also sublime. You also have great features such as dividing calls into team vs whole company vs personal. On top of that there is a library feature to divide calls into specific subjects such as different selling points, top sellers, specific products. The only reason I have not opted for a top rating is simply due to the fact I have only used it for a few months so need to continue learning about it fully.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing I dislike in particular. I suppose for an occasional user it can be a little imposing with the vast number of ways it can be used but for those who will be regular users it becomes intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps our sellers learn from one another. Picking up on the most successful strategies and ascertaining where improvements can be made. And it does all this in a seamless and streamlined fashion on the easy-to-use platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely consider it if you wish to develop your sales team. I like how it's integrated with Salesforce and the fact that it automatically picks up key words and phrases is truly impressive. Easy to use and great place to learn through observation. Call recording can help all facets of a company.
