Great way to remember your conversations quickly
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gong now suggests the proposed next steps from a call. I have so many per day, its great to look through my gong emails to know what I need to follow up on. I also love the call transcripts
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really to say here... the AI keeps getting better. Transcripts could improve in accuracy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
this helps train our sales teams, remember what we spoke about, and be on point for next steps/ follow up calls
Great tool with evolving features catering to the needs of the users.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to isolate components of calls and use the built in AI to target coaching to individual sections of calls. (eg. close, next steps,)
What do you dislike about the product?
The way it integrates with WebEx. The "coach" has to join WebEx as a logged in user. Takes about 30 mins from time of meeting creation to join and record the call. Great for scheduled meetings, not for ad hocs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales coaching and understanding what top performers are doing to expand the training to the entire floor.
It is also helping us understand which products areas we need to focus on, retrain on, or re script the value prop for.
Also the ability to quickly revisit and relisten to a call saves substantial time from notetaking which allows reps to dedicate more time to having strong consultative conversations with clients and prospects.

This tool when combined with a consistent coaching program is essential to a sales software stack. It will dramatically improve the ability to coach reps and provide constructive feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that, as an SDR, I can join or listen in to a live conversation. The analytics in the conversations makes it easy to review calls effectively. You'll able to scroll to highlights in the call
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had some glitches in the past where the calls weren't recording .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to have an easy way of storing and analyzing different calls. I'm able to go back and listen to all the calls I've set up for my account executive in one place.

I really like the way Gong evaluates the calls and provides groupings from the conversations

Not a whole lot to dislike, this is an amazing call tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can go back, and learn from the call to help set up better calls in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about gong, but being fairly new I wish I knew more about education opportunities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it better to set up future calls as Gong helps me go back and review any issues a previous call had.
No more missing key details from customer calls
What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it easy to review calls to better serve my customers, clarify where I missed details, and improve my own skills. You can listen at 2x speed, so I review almost every call thanks to Gong. In call reviews with managers/coaches I'm able to quickly get to the parts of the calls that matter, identify (visually) the gaps where I'm dumping info on my customers, and improve immensely. I can also give/receive feedback, listen to top reps from my teams and learn from them, and tag product/coaches/marketing around parts of calls that matter to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching could be a little bit better, and the mobile app sometimes glitches, but that's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get to the real value for customers (rather than what my memory/instinct tells me) and I'm improving my sales methodology immensely so that I can deliver more value, less feature-selling.

Do it! It's so great and easy to use. Their team is top notch, from sales to customer marketing to support.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to review my talk time and buzz words for ways to improve on future calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the gong recorder will show up late to a call so only a portion of my call gets recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get to listen back to my clients calls to recall any info I may have forgotten to note or look for ways to improve my pitch.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend, as Gong can definitely be an effective and helpful tool in the workplace where you are speaking to a lot of clients and juggling those multiple conversations. It is helpful when reviewing calls and identifying: talk time, keywords, tone, etc.

I like that you can speed up the call, and you can jump to points in the conversation using keywords within the call. This helps me save time on certain calls when I don't have time to listen to the whole thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't share calls very easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to review calls is a game changer for any sales professional. The platform is seamless and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest part of the software that I would love to see improve is the call analysis section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two things; 1. Not having to stress about noting everything do to the fact I always have a recording as a reference. 2. Being able to see where I missed and could have improved.

This is a serious investment in improving your process!

Sometimes doesn't annotate the call properly, but still does an amazing job.

Using it for tips and tricks, and listening to colleagues pitches to refine mine.
