What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can listen to my own calls.

Sometimes it can be difficult to locate a call for my team.

Internal training content and transparency into calls. Solves for those both.
Incredible Tool for Video Sharing and Recording
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find separate parts of the call and have it transcribed. Also the ability to share Zoom conference calls within the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the transcribing could be a little bit better it's still pretty good but sometimes messes up quite a few words

Solving the problem of clear communication and the ability to better understand the consumer
Great Tool for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I love the caption display which is helpful when you're not sure what the client said.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything at this time.I think it has a lot of good features currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving client's needs by being able to go back and takes notes on our conversation. I am more productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To practice using it and take time to get know each feature this way it'll be easy the next time you use it.
Essential to workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I do not have to set up the gong for every call and it does it automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things that I dislike is that sometimes it does not select the correct words that were said in the video within the transcript.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Gong allows me to give my full attention to the customer knowing that any minor details that I missed, I can go back and listen to the call.
Great software to track leads, interactions, and record meetings
What do you like best about the product?
As a Sales Engineer who can't be on all discovery calls with my account exec, I love how efficiently you can skip between speakers on the recording and speed it up/down so I can efficiently get the information I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription is mostly accurate but sometimes could be a bit improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has saved me time in not having to attend every meeting with my account exec to get pain points. It is so much easier to review calls efficiently, search for terms, switch between speakers, and review transcriptions. This allows for more effective next meetings and saves the whole team time.
Record, Review, Improve!
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that it captures the talking times of both parties to show who is doing the talking when I engage with customers

I really have yet to find much that I don't like about this product

I am able to review my calls with my leaders to ensure that my talk tracks improve and my engagement with customers is consistently getting better
It's one of the best actionable integrated platforms I've used so far
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it captures and analyses customer interaction across different industries. This is extremely helpful while on a call with the customer, as it highlights the risks and opportunities. It is very easy to use and incredibly transparent. It's our team's favorite already! We are also able to see all our interactions in one place and analyze them for ourselves. It's now more than easy to keep track of our performance. Can tag my manager to pitch in at any point and it's most helpful as they can leave comments and remarks for us. As a team we can share our knowledge, experience and feedback better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using gong for a while now and so far there is nothing that I nor my team dislikes. The way the platform is built to bring every team member closer, improve communication, and increase the visibility among the team is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My major concern as a sales professional has always been not being able to go back and listen to my calls so I can analyze my performance better. But with gong, I can do that and more. I have more insight into my client interactions now. I am better able to analyze before-hand the challenges and objections from clients belonging to different industries.

What do you like best about the product?
There are four things most helpful:
1. My brain can only handle so much information. I am on 6-10 calls all day, every day. Gong allows me to take a breath, re-listen and/or view the transcript to ensure I've properly addressed all questions/comments for follow up.
2. I work closely with our VP of Tech Consulting, and having calls recorded allows him to skip the first round or two of disco calls, and come in when he's needed the most. Before he joins our calls, he can listen to the previous calls for context and to prep and do so in 2x, cutting out the "noise". Very effective use of time.
3. Great customer experience - I can share calls externally if customers or prospects want to review and/or share a call. Also very helpful if new team members join mid-sales-cycle - sharing a backlog of calls helps that person get up to speed, so we can continue moving forward.
4. Internal training - Gong is a great tool for SDRs, AEs, Management to listen to calls for training, critiquing, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's a wonky connection with my Zoom and even my internal meetings have an "auto record" function that is just a nuisance, but we are working to see if it's just a setting unique to me, or something else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity, accountability, efficiency. I can pay well more attention to the humans I am speaking with, to have meaningful, non-distracted conversations, and know that I can review the call following to ensure all proper next steps and follow-ups are in place. I depend on Gong to aid in my success and allow me to have a strong foundation to be as efficient and effective as humanly possible.
Incredible Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, instant feedback, AI based transcript and auto-sent next steps after a call are all extremely valuable both from closing deals and for constant training and feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript feature seems to need some work. Sometimes the words do not properly match up with what's exactly said and can cause some confusion. But overall, great experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of forgetting exactly what customers say in a call, not worrying about taking notes in a call, and being able to re-watch a demo to learn is invaluable.
