Gong is a helpful way to monitor team quality

What do you like best about the product?
I like that gong is an easy way to rate, and monitor team quality in a fun, and interactive way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that gong was able to connect to salesloft to filter out calls such as "qualifying" or " DM contact requested. It would make it easier to score quality calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving call quality problems. We have realized that managing a large team means there is more to monitor and assess. We are solving the overall issue of making sure all calls are higher quality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend there to be the same call filters as salesloft so we can easier review quality calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has saved hours of time reviewing calls, kept me accountable, and makes sure I'm in the loop. I enjoy the feature where you can request an email sent directly to your inbox with all calls including a particular mention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Everything has been up to my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all the things, helps me stay detail-oriented.

What do you like best about the product?
easy access to my meetings making it very seamless to listen back and take notes for follow ups
What do you dislike about the product?
not great notetaking, words are often very off making it impossible to only read without hearing the words
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
distracted taking notes during a meeting and missing valuable info

Customer facing interactions become easier and smoother. Can listen to the calls later for quality purpose

What do you like best about the product?
We can listen to our call and implement the changes as required, which will help us to make better conversation with the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, it is only able to record and listen to inbound calls, not outbound calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After listening to calls, I can work better and it helps me pitch more efficiently while on call.

It will help to improve the quality of calls and conversations with the customers.

I feel the app should offer a plug-in to any of the video/audio calling app

What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy to review my own calls (especially before a follow up or getting more details about win/loss), share a call with clients and/or team members and listening to another team member's call for training. Love that transcripts are searchable. Works well on mobile. When onboarding, I could listen to a colleague's call while walking the dog to pick up on some best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Love that transcripts are searchable, but would love to be able to edit for corrections (minor quibble). Love that Gong is able to identify other people who joined the call, even if they weren't on the invite and is able to send them a copy of the recording. (Would be great if user is able to view that email address to add to their own CRM/database if that was the first contact.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is great as both a training tool and sales/support enablement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend if company has frequent sales calls with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is linked to Salesforce. It's easy to click on the call from my record in Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything yet! It's very intuitive so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A way to capture my discovery call info without being distracted taking notes on the live call. Gong allows me to really focus and have a great conversation with prospects.
